This article contains spoilers for the One Piece series.
One piece is currently in its final saga, which means that the main characters of the story, the Straw Hat crew, will soon be completed. There are currently 9 crew members besides Luffy which are Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky, Brook and Jinbe. The Straw Hats are already a large crew, but Luffy has at least one more spot to fill, with potentially more members. There are quite a few characters who still have a chance to join the crew of the future Pirate King One piece.
Nefertari Vivi
If there's one character that's guaranteed to officially join the Straw Hat Pirates at some point in the story, it's definitely Nefertari Vivi, Princess of Arabasta.
technically speaking, Vivi is already a straw hat pirate. However, when she decided to stay on Arabasta 2 years ago, she stopped sailing with the rest and faded into the background. But now, with the death of her father, King Cobra, and being targeted by the World Government and Imu, Vivi simply cannot return to Arabasta. The only place where he can find refuge is the straw pirates. Vivi's reunion with the straw pirates it will be an incredible moment to witness.
Bonney Jewelry
Bonney Jewelry is a character first introduced in the Sabaody Arc, along with all the other members of the Supernova 11. Back then, Bonney was a character that many overlooked because she wasn't fully fleshed out, and it took over a decade for her to make a real breakthrough in the story.
Jewelry Bonney became relevant again during the Final Saga, sailing with the Straw Hat Pirates from Egghead. Bonney no longer has a crew and really has nowhere to go. further Oda had already drawn Bonney wearing a hat similar to the one Luffy once hadand in SBS he even expressed how he feels safe in their presence and stays in his childish form more often than not.
Loki
Loki is a character first mentioned in Whole Cake Island, but it took until Elbaf to be fully revealed in the manga. Loki is key to the overarching plot of the Elbaf arc right now, and fans can't wait to see what Oda has in store for him.
Loki quickly became one of the most popular new candidates for the Straw Hat crew. Luffy had already asked Loki to join. In addition, Loki is hated in Elbaf, so he has nowhere to go after liberation. Loki would really only be welcomed by the Straw Hat Pirates and would be a huge asset to the crew.
Vegapunk Lilith
Lilith is one of Vegapunk's six satellites. Each satellite forms one of Vegapunk's properties, with Lilith being his evil side. Lilith, aside from York, is the only fully surviving part of Vegapunk's mind. The others have merged to form one body and will be with the Haredes in Weatheria. From the Egghead arc, Lilith travels with the Straw Hat Piratesand many believe she could be the next to join them.
Lilith is a brilliant scientist, and the straw pirates have no one to truly fill that role. Lilith could be vital in upgrading weapons, Sunny, or even developing one of the ancient weapons. Lilith has a chance to join, but she could also choose to stay on Elbaf after the events.
Manmayer Gunko
Gunko is currently the main antagonist One Piece's Elbaf Arch. Saint Manmayer Gunko is a holy knight who arrived on Elbaf with Shamrock at the start of the arc. Gunko has always been extremely dangerous, but her power was taken to a whole other level after her body was taken over by Imu.
Even though Gunko is not on the crew's side at the moment, she could end up betraying the World Government. It's just because Gunko and Brook have a secret connection which has not yet been fully revealed. Gunko isn't really evil, and it's clear that she's somehow brainwashed by Imu. Her relationship with Brook might sway her to the side of the straw pirates. As a powerful warrior and as someone with information about the world government, she would be a significant addition. It wouldn't be the first time the Straw Hat became an antagonist.
Yamato
Many fans were sure of it Yamato joins the Straw Hat Pirates in Wano. after all Yamato himself asked Luffy to joinand until the last moment in Wano, it looked like they were going to sail forward with the Straw Hat Pirates as this generation's new Oden.
However, Yamato had a change of heart and instead decided to stay back and protect Wano. With Yamato's cover story now over, they could really set sail now. Yamato could continue to catch up with the Straw Hat Pirates. Yamato is extremely powerful and also a user of the conqueror's Haki. Their strength will be vital in the upcoming arcs.
