How to complete Cure for Isaac Quest in The Forge
To start the Cure for Isaac quest Forgeyou will have to travel to the Forgotten Kingdom and get to the Ruined Cave. You can get there by using the cannon on the west side, which will shoot you right into place.
Before you head out, make sure you meet the requirements:
- At least level 10
- At least 150 gold coins
When you talk to Isaac, he explains that he was attacked by creatures, probably Reapers and Deathaxe Skeletons. While he managed to escape, his hand was badly injured. Due to his injuries and the bandages covering his skin, he has been unable to expose himself to sunlight and fears that he might turn into one of the monsters. After you agree to help him, you will need to supply the health potion.
Although it sounds simple, the potion shop in the Forgotten Kingdom only sells a health potion of 2 for 350 gold, which is not the one Isaac needs and won't work if you give it to him.
Heal Isaac Forgeyou must bring Health Potion 1 from Stonewake's Cross Potion Shop. Use the teleport to return to the first island, then head to the potion shop near NPC Sensei Moro. Buy 1 Health Potion from Marie the Witch.
This potion restores Isaac's health over a short period of time and costs 150 gold. Once you have it, return to Isaac and give him the potion. This will complete the Cure for Isaac quest, make him feel better, and reward you with an achievement badge.
Being a native of the Forgotten Kingdom, Isaac has deep knowledge of the land's past and secrets. After you heal him, you can return to him at any time and listen to short or long versions of the story of what happened to the land and why the caves are filled with monsters, helping you to better understand the lore of the game.
