You can evolve Voidlings using the Evolution Chamberwho is in the room next to Leon.

They can be non-moderate found in eggs which you will find in missions.

Release 10 Voidlings.
To free a Voidling, head to the Men's Sanctuaryu (the one you go to equip Voidlings). Then mouse over any creature and hold the release button to get rid of it.
Better, faster, stronger
Get 100 upgrades.
Use the Cerebrum Enhancer machine in the room from Leon to purchase upgrades. For 100 of them you will have to collect points by completing missions.
Smooth operator
Get 20 mission stars
At the end of the missions you will receive stars. In some levels, you can only get one star for completing it. Still, there are others where you earn additional stars for collecting items or completing a mission within a certain time frame.

Discover your first Packuran.
Packuran can found in eggs which you will find in missions.

Discover your first Morfang.
Morfang can found in eggs which you find from missions.

Evolve Voidlings 50 times.
Use the Evolution Chamber it's in the room next to Leon to evolve Voidlings.

Hatch 100 eggs.
Collect eggs during missionsthen use the hatchery at the base to hatch them.
The miracle of life
Breed Voidlings a total of 10 times.
After the Reclaim Sanctuary mission you will unlock the breeding station. You can put two Voidlings in it to breed them. Do this 10 times.
The strongest there is
Get 250 upgrades.
You have to play a lot of missions get the points needed to buy 250 upgrades. To get these upgrades, go to Cerebrum Enhancer.
Protector of the ecosystem
Release 100 Voidlings.
To release the Voidlings, go to the Sanctuary menu and run over them before by holding the release button. You can still get more Voidlings to unlock by finding eggs on missions.

When you beat the main campaignunlock an Abyss mode. Play enough to reach level ten.

Collect eggs from missionsand open them in the hatchery at your base.

Release the Voidlings to when you hover over them in the Shrine menu and by holding the release button.

Evolve Voidlings 200 times.
Evolve Voidlings using Evolution chamber at the base. Doing this 200 times will require a lot of mutagens which you can get from missions.
Extended family
Breed Voidlings a total of 50 times.
Use a kennel that you unlock several hours in the game to breed Voidlings.
Rolling in the deep
Reach Abyss level 40.
Range level 40 in Abyss endgame mode.
Crushing depth
Reach Abyss level 50.
Range level 50 in Abyss endgame mode.
Nature's champion
Release 500 Voidlings.
It will take you a while to get and release 500 Voidlings. You will have to keep playing levels and finding eggs. Aim to release some the Sanctuary menu and hold the release button to any you no longer want.
Master Wrangler
Get 44 mission stars.
You can earn anything from one to three stars by completing missions. A lot of missions only offer one star, but a few offer three to meet specific requirements. You can replay these three stars if you don't get all the stars right away.
Breeding the storm
Breed Voidlings a total of 100 times.
A few hours to play, you unlock the Kennel. If you use it 100 times to breed Voidlings, you will get this achievement. This will take some time.
Duck hunting
Find all 26 Quackies.
They are charlatans little rubbery creatures that lurk around the levels. They're usually in hard-to-reach places, so you might have to jump up some cliffs to find them.
