Scampuses in Nioh 3 are small, cat-like creatures that appear in many areas of the game. When players come across these Scampuss, they can try to pet them; when they do, they start rolling. Players can follow them to pet them again and get samurai or ninja locks and scampuss Furball.

How to find all Scampuss Warring States in Nioh 3
The Tenryu River
from Prospect Hill Sanctuarycontinue south on the road and turn left at the intersection. Here you will find a Scampuss who will guide you through a small passage where you need to crouch.
Tokaido
This is right next door Forest of Souls Sanctuaryin the middle of the region.
Tokaido
This is right next door Tokaido Shrineto the northeast of the region.
Hamamatsu
After cleaning Crucible mission and defeat Jakotsu-Baba, fast travel to Otemon Gate and go south until you find Scampuss.
Lake Sanaru
from Mail shrine of Maisaka in Maisaka, head north to enter Lake Sanaru, and once you do, turn left and cross the bridge to find Scampus. This will take you to the top of the shrine here, where you will find Kagutsuchi's Magatama needed for the blacksmithing expedition.
Mikatagahara
Head north from Otsuri Bridge Shrine in Lake Sanaru to enter Mikatagaharathen continue straight down this path until you find Scampuss right in front of you.
Lake Hamana
This is located at the entrance to Lake Hamanabut it only appears after you finish The myth of the disaster at Lake Hamana.

From Iinoya Pass Shrinecontinue along the road and turn left. At the intersection, turn left and you will see a path that goes south. There will be a Spirit Vein here that you can take to Scampuss.
