Pokemon Go revealed that Sobble will be the main Pokémon during the Community Day event scheduled to take place in July. Community Day events have become a popular event in Pokemon Go over the years, in large part due to the fact that it's much easier for players to secure shiny versions of Pokémon that are in the spotlight. These events are usually held once a month, but Niantic also hosts other Community Day Classic events throughout the year.

Sobble Community Day will be held at Pokemon Go on Saturday 4th July from 2pm to 5pm local time. In addition to the increased chance of finding a Shiny Sobble, players can also encounter one that has a special background. First introduced in Pokemon Sword and ShieldSobble evolves into Drizzil and then Inteleon. Players who evolve Drizzile during or up to four hours after the event will receive an Inteleon that knows a special attack hydro cannon. Starting on Community Day, Inteleon will also be able to learn a charged attack missile. Snipe Shot has 65 attack in trainer battles and a chance to increase Inteleon's attack by two stages. He has a power of 100 in Gyms and Raids.
