The Holy Knights are a group of warriors who serve the ruler of the entire world of Imu. They are led by Figarland Garling, who led them during the days of Rocks and Roger. The Holy Knights are a powerful group of individuals who possess abilities that defy logic itself. Their authority is surpassed only by Gorosei and Imu alone. Almost all of them have unique Devil Fruit and Haki abilities.
Additionally, they are part of the Covenant, which gives them abilities such as using the Abyss, which allows them to travel great distances in a short period of time. They also have superhuman strength and immortality, which allows them to easily regenerate from life-threatening injuries. Rocks D. Xebec
One of the greatest threats to world government
Xebec was an infamous pirate whose name was feared by the world government. He was a member of one of the infamous Davy Clans that was hunted by the World Government. Xebec rose to power with amazing speed, defeating an admiral at a very young age and infiltrating Marija himself. His list of accomplishments goes on and on and he is said to be Roger's worst enemy. Another of his feats is that he was able to defeat Figarland Garling during the God Valley incident. Xebec was present on the island because he wanted to save his family from being massacred. Garling was the one who brought the wrath of the world government upon the islanders. He paid dearly for it when he faced Xebec and was utterly defeated by him without breaking a sweat.

Whitebeard
The strongest man in the world
Edward Newgate was a prominent figure who came from the old era. He has earned the respect of both Roger and Xebca due to his otherworldly strength. He was a superpower of a character that everyone feared. Whitebeard possessed an extremely powerful Devil Fruit and Haki that was comparable to Roger in his prime, although he was not an ambitious person and only tried to stay close to those he cared about. One of his closest confidants was Xebec, whom he helped save his family in God Valley. Plus, he saved the Dragon's life by defeating the Holy Knight with one slash and basically defeated her with no problem. The Saint Knight lived, but she was confused about what happened to her when someone defeated her with a single hit.

Scopper Gaban

Scoppef Gaban was introduced in the Elbaf Arch, where he made an unforgettable impression by showing his strength. During his fight against Luffy, he used overwhelming power and forced Luffy to use Gear 5. He is one of the strongest pirates currently and is a master at using Haki. He can use all three types of Haki and can use all of their advanced forms, which is an extremely rare trait. Gaban used an advanced form of Haki against a Saint Knight named Shepherd Sommers. He was the first person in the series to show the weakness of the Holy Knights and showed the path for Luffy to follow in order to fight against these immortal beings.

Cursed Prince of Elbaf
Loki is one of the strongest giants, even surpassing his father Harald in strength. It has immense power that can rival Yonk and the legendary Devil Fruit, whose power even Imu fears. He has Haki that is on par with the strongest individuals in the series. Loki was the one who stopped Harled from killing everyone in Aurust Castle with the help of his Devil Fruit. When he ate it, he gained powers with which he easily overcame Harald, who was being manipulated by Imu. This was due to Harald signing a contract with Imu that allowed him to easily take control of his body. It was heartbreaking for Loki to fight his own father, but he made the ultimate sacrifice to save his future kingdom.

The Dark King
Rayleigh was the right-hand man of Gol D. Roger himself. He and Roger sailed the seas and went on many adventures, one of which led them to the island of God Valley. The world's most powerful pirates raided this island for many reasons. Among them were also the Roger Pirates who came to save Shakuyaku. As Rayleigh led the charge against the Holy Knights, he came face to face with Shepherd Sommers. He then hit him with one of the named moves that sent him flying through a wall. It was a very powerful blow that made Sommers realize that Roger's first officer was not to be taken lightly.
