Pokemon officially turns 30 on February 27, like the original Pokemon red and green were released in Japan on this date in 1996. The franchise has obviously come a long way since then, spanning console generations, technical developments, and generations within the franchise. As part of this anniversary, fans are expecting The Pokemon Company and Game Freak to reveal the next generation Pokemon games and there are a lot of rumors swirling around this anniversary.
The Pokemon Company has already revealed some special merchandise products to celebrate the anniversary and surprisingly confirmed that Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen heading to Nintendo Switch right after Pokemon Presents on February 27th.

It is much longer than Gen 9 Pokémon Presents, which means fans can look deeper or that there will be more. Either way, Pokemon Presents will kick off several months of marketing before the new games are released, likely in Fall/Winter 2026.
While nothing else has been leaked about it Pokemon wind and wave in this regard, the same cannot be said for the new one Pokemon the games themselves.
