Dragon Ball Super features some of the most overpowered anime characters of all time. That was already true Dragon Ball Zbut Dragon Ball Super completely redefined the hierarchy of the series by introducing multi-tiered threats, God Ki, and God-Tier transformations that far surpass anything Goku and his friends have achieved in DBZ.

Full Power Cereal

Users: Granolah

Introduced in Dragon Ball Super Granolah the Survivor Saga manga, the Cerealians are a race that was wiped out to near extinction by the Saiyans shortly before Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta with his Supernova. The only remaining Cereal is Granolah, which Bardock saved and protected from the gas years ago. Granolahs have evolved to the point where their right eyes offer them incredible accuracy, allowing Granolah to effortlessly blast enemies from a distance and target their lives.

After wishing for the Cereal Dragon Balls to become the strongest warrior in Universe 7, Granolah traded most of his remaining life to gain access to some of the most powerful techniques in the multiverse. Doing so will unlock Granolah's full potential and develop his left eye to be just as useful and accurate as his right eye. In his Full Power cereal state, Granolah overcomes both Ultra Ego Vegeta and Ultra Instinct Goku, giving him a power rivaled only by Gas.

Awake state

Users: Gas

As Heeter, Gas wears a power limiter that prevents him from going out of control in his Inner Nature Unleashed form. Once Elec realizes that Granolah has become the greatest warrior in Universe 7, he heads to Cereal and collects the Dragon Balls to make Gas truly the strongest being in the universe. Unlike Granolah's wish, Elec's wish makes Gas age whenever he is outmatched. At the end of the arc, Gas is on the brink of death as an old man, but stronger than ever.

Gaining full control of his Inner Nature, Gas awakens to his Awakened form. Awakened Gas was the second most powerful villain in the Dragon Ball Super at the time of his death he defeated Full Power Granolah, True Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta. The only reason Awakened Gas loses in the end is because Black Frieza was outside of Universe 7 at the time of Elec's wish, meaning Gas' body can't register Frieza's power and doesn't age.

Orange piccolo

Users: Piccolo

IN Dragon Ball Super: Super HeroPiccolo uses the dragon balls to unlock his ultimate power once he realizes that he is too weak to defeat the Gammas. Since Piccolo is half Kami, Shenron adds an extra bonus that eventually becomes Piccolo's Orange form. Piccolo awakens his orange transformation while fighting Gamma 2. The power boost Orange Piccolo receives is absolutely massive, pushing him to Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta after the Granolah the Survivor saga.

Orange Piccolo is currently one of the five strongest characters Dragon Ball Superand was the only fighter besides Gohan Beast who was able to actually hold off Cell Max – a foe Piccolo truly believed neither Goku nor Vegeta could defeat. From Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103, Orange Piccolo is one of the few characters strong enough to rival Black Frieza. Orange Piccolo hasn't fought since the battle with Cell Max, but if he participated in the Battle Royale Super Saiyan v DBS 103, would give Goku and Vegeta a real challenge.

Ultra ego

Users: Vegeta

Vegeta unlocked Ultra Ego during Granolah the Survivor Saga. Using his destroyer powers, Vegeta is able to unleash all of his energy into a transformation designed for pure destruction. Ultra Ego is the opposite of Ultra Instinct, focusing on raw power rather than instinctive movements and inner calm. Ultra Ego massively increases Vegeta's power level while also getting stronger the longer he fights and the more damage he takes.

With that in mind, Ultra Ego has almost endless potential. The problem with Ultra Ego is that the form makes Vegeta practically numb to pain, so she ends up wearing out before she can finish off her enemies. This means that Ultra Ego in its base state is already as powerful—if not slightly stronger—than Goku's Perfected Ultra Instinct, which he spent several arcs mastering. With a little training, Ultra Ego could end up in the single most powerful form Dragon Ball.

Perfect Ultra Instinct

Users: Goku, Moro

Goku finally mastered Ultra Instinct in Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. Perfected Ultra Instinct gives Goku tremendous strength, speed, defense, allows him to instinctively dodge and counter any attack, and allows him to astrally project his Ki into a massive Spirit Avatar. By absorbing Merus' powers, Moro also gains access to the Perfected Ultra Instinct version, but his mastery of the form is much weaker than Goku's, and his body cannot contain Angel Ki without destroying him from within.

Perfected Ultra Instinct is one of the most broken god forms in the series and takes Goku to the level of an angel. From Dragon Ball Super The epilogue of the Manga Super Hero Saga, Goku can activate Perfected Ultra Instinct whenever he wants, far surpassing what he was able to do during the Granolah the Survivor Saga. While Ultra Ego offers Vegeta more raw power, Perfected Ultra Instinct is a perfect, flawless transformation when Goku has fully mastered it.

A true legendary Super Saiyan

Users: Broly, Kale, Kefla

The legendary Super Saiyan form is a tremendously powerful transformation that rivals even the strongest warriors in the multiverse. IN Dragon Ball Super: BrolyLegendary Super Saiyan Broly actually caused Super Saiyan Gogeta to flinch, forcing him to use Super Saiyan Blue to defeat him. The downside of the Legendary Super Saiyan is that its users cannot fully control its power, as seen with Broly in the movie and previously Kale in the Tournament of Power. True Legendary Super Saiyan refers to a version of the form where the user can control their emotions.

Both Kale and Kefla use the Super Saiyan form in True Legendary Dragon Ball Super anime. Broly finally unlocked his True Legendary Super Saiyan version while fighting the Gohan Beast Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103. Notably, Saikyo Jump confirmed that True Legendary Super Saiyan Broly would be strong enough to defeat Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta if he mastered his full power in time, making TLSSJ one of the strongest God-Tier forms in the entire series.

Gohan's beast

At the end Dragon Ball Super: Super HeroPiccolo's fake death triggers a massive power-up inside Gohan that unlocks his Beast form. An extension of his Ultimate transformation from the end of the year Dragon Ball ZGohan Beast brings out all of Gohan's latent power (and more) and gives him strength, speed, defense, and accuracy unlike any other form in the series. Gohan Beast effortlessly destroys Cell Max and crowns himself as the strongest Z-Fighter in the series.

IN Dragon Ball Super manga, Gohan visits Beerus' Planet where he ends up battling Goku. Gohan Beast is so strong and fast that he outruns Goku and knocks him out of Perfected Ultra Instinct. Later, Gohan Beast's power is high enough that Broly's body registers it as a huge threat and unleashes a True Legendary Super Saiyan to fight him. Even then, Gohan Beast effortlessly tossed TLSSJ Broly around like he was nothing. Gohan's Beast is so powerful that Whis actually considers him a variable candidate to replace Beerus as Universe 7's God of Destruction.

Black Frieza

Thanks to ten years of training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber he found outside of Universe 7, Frieza not only surpasses every living mortal in the multiverse, but unlocks a brand new transformation far more powerful than any other form in the series. Black Frieza is an absolutely monstrous form, especially considering Dragon Ball Super he hasn't even shown it at full strength yet. In Granolah the Survivor Saga, Frieza powers up, kills Gase, then knocks out Ultra Instinct Goku & Ultra Ego Vegeta.

Black Frieza didn't have to give no with any effort to defeat three of the most powerful warriors in universe 7 in a span of mere seconds. If he wanted to, Frieza could have killed Goku and Vegeta right then and there. Black Frieza can honestly be stronger than Beerus and some angels. There's no telling how much Black Frieza really is. The only thing that is certain is that Black Frieza is the strongest God-Tier form Dragon Ball Super about a mile.
