To find Pikachu v Pokemon Pokopiayou'll need to create a Picnic Set station, though there's a bit more to it. In all but one of the game's regions, Pichu is the only Pokémon that appears in the Picnic Sets. However, if you build a station in Palette Town, everyone's favorite electric type will appear.

As mentioned above, players will need to create a picnic set station to get Pikachuwhich requires two seats, a table and a picnic basket. The seats and table can be made right from the start, but you'll need to complete Hitmonchan's rock-breaking tutorial to get the picnic basket recipe. To actually craft it, you'll need a sturdy staff and a vine rope, both of which can be found lying around on the ground.

Next, you'll need to get to Palette Town, which you can reach through the Withered Wasteland area. You'll get a notification about this after unlocking the Surf transformation in Bleak Beach, but if you really want to, you can build a bridge over the path that leads there. Once there, set up the Picnic Set as shown in the image above, then wait for Pikachu to appear.
