One Piece's The Elbaf Arc has finally marked the beginning of the great battles, and it is evident that the vast majority of straw pirates are now showing what they are truly capable of in the face of powerful enemies. Oda has already started incredibly exciting battles for the likes of Luffy, Zoro and Sanji, and more will follow.
Of course, One Piece's Elbaf focused a lot on the Wings of the Pirate King and will continue to do so, with Sanji taking on Saint Killingham and Zoro taking on the Domi Reverse giant army with the help of the Giant Warrior Pirates. These two fighters are sure to increase significantly in this part of the story. Zoro and Sanji are expected to reach a very high level of power in Elbaf and already have several abilities in store for them in the final saga of the story.

One Piece has a lot of powerful female characters, but only a handful of them are Yonko level.
Zoro Power Up: Mastered Conqueror's Haki
The first power Zoro will wield in the final One Piece saga is Conqueror's Haki. Zoro awakened the power of Conqueror's Haki in the Wano Country Arc and even managed to use it in battle thanks to Enma. However, it should be noted that Zoro cannot consciously use Conqueror's Haki. Every time she uses this ability, it is simply due to Enma's innate ability to draw Haki from the user's body. As such, Zoro has no control over the Conqueror's Haki at all.
In fact, he wasn't even aware of the fact that he possessed Conqueror's Haki until recently, which is truly astonishing. That needs to change in the Elbaf arc, and Oda has already hinted that he'll be looking into it. Zoro will be learning Conqueror's Haki in this arc. As mentioned by Scopper Gaban, the true power of this Haki can only manifest when it is wielded correctly. This means that once Zoro learns to master Conqueror's Haki, he will go on to reach even higher levels of power and come close to being a Yonko from the One Piece world.
Sanji Power Up: Conqueror's Haki
Sanji is one of the Wings of the future Pirate King Luffy and is expected to maintain a certain standard. Sanji is an incredible user of two types of Haki right now. However, this is definitely not enough. Sanji must continue to learn Conqueror's Haki also. In fact, Oda strongly hinted that Sanji would learn Conqueror's Haki in the Elbaf arc of One Piece. He is up against Saint Killingham, a Holy Knight who is immortal, and to really do any lasting damage to him, sooner or later Sanji must learn how to harness the power of the Conqueror's Haki.
Sanji is a parallel to Scopper Gaban, one of Pirate King Roger's Wings. Since both of Roger's wings use the power of Conqueror's Haki, it stands to reason that Sanji will soon learn this ability. He will then go on to reach new levels of power and approach the likes of the Yonko from the One Piece world.
Zoro Power Up: Mastered Haki Armament
Zoro is an incredibly strong fighter, and as for Haki, Oda has already made it clear that he specializes in Arm Color. However, it is shocking to know that Zoro still hasn't progressed this type of Haki beyond its basic level. As with Conqueror's Haki, Zoro demonstrated the use of advanced level Haki armorbut this level was brought by Enma. Zoro himself does not know how to channel advanced Haki weaponry, and that must change in Elbaf.

Since this is his specialty when it comes to Haki manipulation, Zoro must learn to master advanced levels of Haki armor on his own. If he continues to do so, he can develop a higher level of power against strong enemies and deal lethal damage to them. Zoro's overall growth requires him to master these abilities himself and not blindly rely on Enma to bring them out. Of course, once he does, he gains perfect control over Enma and learns to use these abilities in a much more subtle way.

Sanji Power Up: Advanced Observation Haki
Since Sanji is one of the Wings of the Pirate King, it stands to reason that he will gain a very high level of power in the final saga, including Elbaf. Oda already teased the Conqueror Haki power-up for Sanji in this story arc, but more than that, he also needs to improve his other skills. Sanji's Haki specialty is the Color of Observation, and as such he is expected to further enhance this ability.
Sanji should learn the ability to look into the future soon, as it will come in handy when fighting powerful enemies. Luffy has already mastered this ability and there is absolutely no reason why Sanji can't do it. In fact, Sanji's parallel in Roger Pirates, Scopper Gaban, is an incredible user Observing Hakiprobably even better than Luffy. Gaban can also see into the future and Sanji must learn to do the same. His battle against Saint Killingham in Elbaf could give him a platform to learn how to do this and it will surely be incredibly exciting for fans to see.
Zoro Power Up: Mastered King Of Hell Mode
Zoro's strongest power-up in One Piece came in the Wano Country Arc when he managed to use the King of Hell's ability. However, as already established in the story, this was due to Enma's use in battle, bringing out Zoro's strongest Haki even without his control. As Scopper Gaban noted, the true power of Haki can only manifest when it is perfectly practiced and mastered.
Now that Zoro learns how to do this, the new version of the King of Hell he brings will be much stronger and likely last longer in battle. as such Master King of Hell will be Zoro's greatest reinforcement in the Elbaf Arc, with which he can hold his own against some of the most powerful individuals in the One Piece world, such as Yonko and Admirals.
Sanji Power Up: Black Flames
For Sanji, the final upgrade in the Elbaf arc will likely be black flames. As previously established, whenever Sanji uses hot flames, the color they display changes completely depending on how much heat he can take. Sanji started with Diable Jambe which were regular flames and when he used the power of Ifrit Jambe which were hotter flames which caused the flames to turn blue.
Now that Sanji will probably draw his leg in Advanced Conqueror's Haki, those flames will be even hotter, meaning he could very well create black flames on his legs. This is sure to be incredibly exciting for fans. With this level of power, Sanji can easily take down even the strongest enemies and fans absolutely can't wait.
