One of the first tasks you get Masters of Albion is to help someone, a hermit named Jon Bov, complete a stone circle that can be used to play a tune when completed. It serves as a fun reminder of your god-like boulder lifting and placing abilities, but also the interactivity of the world.
You are not given quantum direction with this quest, so it might throw you off guard. There are even some pitfalls that can make you feel like you're barking up the wrong tree. However, here we will explain everything about this quest and how to complete it.
Masters of Albion is currently in early accessso the details below may change during development.
How to complete a stone circle
When you start this quest, you will see a circle of stains around the man, each apparently the placement of a stone to form the resulting stone circle.
The problem is that you will have to make sure of it each space is filled with its own very specific stone. There are eight seats, but more than eight stone around – so how do you know which stones to use?
Be sure to look around for the stones you need – they can be quite well hidden and look like normal stones until you pick them up!
Click on any of the stones once they are placed in their places – click once, don't hold it or you'll pick it back up. The stone will swing, make noise and emit visible waves. If the stone is in the right place, the noise it makes will be clear and the waves will be straightif it is the wrong space, there will be noise discordant and there will be waves corrugated.
Simply try every stone in every space that hasn't found its stone yet and test them until you find the right ones. Some stones you find won't have a place that works for them – they can be ignored or disposed of. It's really just a case of testing until you find the right places, there's no other way to figure out which stones belong where.
After completing the stone circle click on the tent in the middle to complete the task.
