World Boruto introduced fans to many powerful ninjas, all of whom excel in different areas, and chakra reserves are certainly one of the most important. Over the years, Boruto the series has produced some monstrously powerful individuals with tremendous chakra reserves. It goes without saying that high chakra levels are incredibly important in battle, as the entire energy system of the story rests on this ability. While not everyone has tremendously high chakra reserves, some have levels comparable to tailed beasts and others have even greater reserves.
Gaara
Gaara is the fifth Kazekage of Sunagakure and a very powerful ninja at the same time. At one point in the story, Gaara was a Jinchuriki, which gave him huge chakra reserves. However, even after losing Shukaku, Gaara's chakra reserves do not seem to have been affected as much.
Over the years, it's likely that Shukaku's own chakra has assimilated with Gaara's, which is why he can still use the same techniques he was able to when he was a Jinchuriki. Gaara is certainly one of the most skilled fighters and knows how to properly utilize his vast chakra reserves in battle.
Kawaki
Kawaki it is said to be a scientific miracle, given that Amado created his body with great care. It is said to be a weapon of immense power. In addition, Kawaki also has the karma of Isshiki Otsutsuki. This means that when using this karma, Kawaki gains a huge amount of chakra and remarkable strength.
Naturally, Kawaki should have chakra levels similar to Ishiki's. However, overusing his powers is known to cause him to heat up, essentially paralyzing him in battle. As such, while they have large reserves of chakra, not all of it is usable by Kawaki, greatly limiting them in combat.

Boruto Uzumaki he carries the bloodline of the Uzumaki clan and that in itself gives him huge chakra reserves. In addition, he also has the Momoshiki Otsutsuki Karma.
When using the power of Karma, Boruto has very high chakra reserves. However, Momoshiki also strongly implied that even with Karma active, Boruto's own chakra reserves must be replenished before he can unleash the powerful jutsu. As such, Momoshiki needed to absorb chakra from someone else to function properly, suggesting that Boruto does not have access to all of Momoshiki's chakra.
Himawari Uzumaki

Himawari Uzumaki is a monstrously powerful new generation potential that has evolved to be more than just a Jinchuriki. After Kurama's death, the beast reappeared in her. However, she is not just a hostess. Instead, Himawari is now an incarnation of the tailed beast itself. This means that Himawari has the highest level of synchronization with Kurama, and as a result, it also means that she can make the most of his powers.
Kurama is still very small in her, so she can't put out all of her chakra, but she eventually becomes the ninja with the highest amount of chakra in the story, aside from those with Ten-Tails abilities.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha he is one of the most skilled v chakra users Boruto series. Despite Sasuke losing access to his Rinnegan, his chakra reserves remain unchanged. If anything, losing the Rinnegan means that Sasuke can use his chakra even more effectively in battle, since the eye is said to take up a lot of it.

Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan is absolutely incredible in battle and can use abilities like Susanoo and Amaterasu among others to great effect. Sasuke has always had huge chakra reserves and some of that is due to him being the reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki. As such, he will always be very powerful and his chakra signature will always be incredibly strong.
Sakura Haruna
Sakura Haruna he has a huge amount of chakra and a lot of it is due to him constantly storing it in his forehead. When released instantly, Sakura's chakra reserves are almost unlimited for a long time. He can use this chakra to heal almost any damage he takes, including full halving.
Sakura has grown her chakra reserves even further over the years, making her one of the most feared ninjas in the entire world. She can also summon Katsuya, whose healing powers would theoretically boost her total chakra even more.
Killer Bee
Killer Bee is the perfect Jinchuriki that is still active in the Boruto series. Although he hasn't played a major role in the story yet, it goes without saying that Bee has a huge amount of chakra.
Every perfect Jinchuriki has access to the full chakra reserves of their tailed beast and the bee is no different. At the same time, Gyuki having eight tails means that he has a huge amount of chakra, and this makes Bee one of the ninjas with the highest reserves currently in the story.
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki is the seventh Hokage of Konoha and has always been known for high chakra levels. Even if it was Kurama's fault, the fact is that despite his loss, Naruto has huge chakra reserves. Naruto is of the Uzumaki lineage, which already gives him a significant boost in chakra reserves, but more than that, Kurama's chakra has slowly assimilated with Naruto's over the years. Even after Kurama's death, Naruto should still have huge chakra reserves, especially when using the power of Sage Mode, which allows him to passively use natural energy. A ninja with chakra rivaling or even greater than the Tailed Beast is not surprising at all. The Third Raikage and Fourth Raikage had Tailed Beast chakra levels, and Naruto being a master of Sage Mode and a tremendously powerful ninja should have levels even higher than the Tailed Beast.
Rock Lee
Rock Lee he's not particularly good at ninjutsu, but his total chakra reserves are incredibly huge. In addition, Lee can fully control the chakra limiters by harnessing the power of the eight inner gates. Opening all Eight Gates, Lee's chakra is so massive that it completely overshadows even the five Kage combined.
Guy was able to overpower Madara in his eighth gate, and with Lee surpassing him in strength, his total chakra should be even greater. Unfortunately, he has hardly appeared in the series yet.
