Unfortunately, since the two countries were merged, Isle of Siptah player bases cannot be autosaved. Funcom explained that the best practice to follow to make sure you have everything before migrating is as follows:

1. Take it all off base.

2. Keep them all materials and items in your follower inventories.

3. Update and return to the island.

4. Find all your items in inventories to rebuild.

It's a shame that Isle of Siptah players will have to rebuild, especially if you've spent hours perfecting your base. This is the price we pay for a better and improved version of Conan Exiles.
