While Hollow Knight had a lot going for it, from the art and music to the movement system and bosses, adopting FromSoftware's method of storytelling made it a game that lived on even after the credits. After completing the story and getting one of the Hollow KnightBy the end of the game, players will likely be inspired to seek out others, which will inevitably lead them down a rabbit hole of dialogue analysis, item description theorizing, and more.
