Bloodline: Oblation is a secret exotic mission in Fate 2 which will take you through the Hive Fortress that has been infiltrated by Dredgeb Bael and the remaining forces of his Barant Empire.

Destiny 2: How to Get Cull's Shadow (Oblation Bloodline Exotic Mission Unlock Guide)
Cull's Shadow comes from a secret exotic mission in Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph, and here's exactly how you can unlock it.
How to Sabotage Operation Syndicate Drilling in Destiny 2
After meeting Aunor, you'll need to head down into the Hive structures to sabotage the Syndicate Drilling Operation. For starters, look to the left of the giant laser and you'll find a room containing a Totality Enforcer. When he's dead, you can activate the manual safety override which will reveal the three blue cooling tower control fuses need to shoot.
How to destroy cooling pillars in Destiny 2
Cooling pillar #1
Now you need to go back to the second platform as this one has the first cooling pillar that you need to destroy. The central device has four vents that open randomly, and when they are open you can shoot them to destroy them. Once all four are shot, use the launch pad to reach the next area.
Cooling column #2 and #3
Once you land on the new platform, you'll want to remove the Totality Enforcer and immediately turn around to find another terminal to interact with. This will open three more cooling tower control fuses on the left, right, and center towers that you can destroy.
With these fuses destroyed you can now shoot the 4 vents on the cooling pillar to the left and right. When they are destroyed, it's time to go to the path to the left, where the room is full of Legions to kill. When they are dead, interact with the terminal that says “WARNING: OVERLOAD” and take the launchpad to the next area.
How to Brave the Tunnels in Destiny 2
Once you get to the other side of the Hive Keep you will be attacked by hordes of Thrall and Acolytes. Once they're dead, you'll find many tunnels, but they all lead to dead ends. Instead, you have to navigate to the top. At the very top you can enter the tunnels up to the Soulfire Crux.
When you see Dredgen Bael's shadow, you can safely ignore it and instead look to the left to see hive lanterns that you can jump on. Your goal is to climb all the way to the other side and up the platforms to reach the red room where you can drop down to the ledge on the other side and enter the room.
Go down the hall to find Bael's shadow again, but the room you enter will be locked. Turn around and look down the hall and you can find a crack in the stairs to fall down find another area. You can now continue on your way until you find the Soulfire Barrier.
How to Extinguish the Soulfire Barrier in Destiny 2
Once you kill the Hive enemies, there will be a wizard named Pyre Matron. You have to kill Matron Pyre to unlock the shields on the Soulfire Vessel. Now you can kill Soulfire Vessel with melee or finisher to get Soulfire Charge. Take Soulfire Charge to the unlit border to light it, and repeat in the left and right rooms.
The left room is accessed via the rock platforms instead of the door.
How to beat Valus Tau'rig in Destiny 2
You will now be in a boss encounter against a Valus Tau'rig who uses Cull's Shadow. Valus has a first phase where you just have to fight him as normal. However, before you can kill him, he is corrupted by the Hive Wizards, thus beginning his next phase.
To defeat Valus Tau'rig you have to kill the ads until you see the text “Seeking source of soulfire”. Now, in either the left or right room, there will be Pyre Matrons and a Soulfire Vessel. Just kill them and ignite one of the three borders with Soulfire Charge to trigger his shields.
For the other half of his health, you'll need to use Soulfire Charge on two borders, so follow the Hive Wizards into the ritual room and kill them so you can then kill the Soulfire Vessel. When Valus Tau'rig is dead, you can get Cull's Shadow Exotic.
You can now end the exotic mission by heading to the center of the room before you fought Valus and interacting with the circle.
