Tokoyama
Hero Rank: 17th
Tokoyami is one of the strongest characters ever My Hero Academia. He is the 17th hero on the billboard chart and this is sure to be a surprise to many fans. In fact, many expected Tokoyami to be in the Top 10 at the very least.
His Dark Shadow power is monstrous and fans have seen it even clash with All For One in the Final War Saga. Despite everything, Tokoyami is rated quite low, which is certainly a surprising decision from the author.
5
Bakugo
Hero rank: 15
Bakugo, also known as Dynamight, continues his surprising ranking and is ranked 15th on the Hero Rankings. Bakugo is quite easily one of the strongest heroes and it wouldn't be a stretch to say that he is the strongest right now.
Despite everything, Bakugo is the 15th ranked hero, which is largely due to his personality. It turns out that Bakugo debuted in the hero rankings at number four, but ended up falling all the way down to number 15 due to his bad temper and attitude. At the moment, he's holding that position, but he's not too worried about his placement. .

It's safe to say that Iida is a monstrously strong character, and while he's not often in the limelight, he has what it takes to succeed in the face of danger. With his powerful boosters, he can either leave the vast majority of characters in the dust, and that's what makes him truly special. He is ranked 13th in the list of heroes.
3
Kirishima
Hero rank: 12
Kirishima, also known as the Red Rebellion, is a very powerful hero. He is known for his incredible determination and courage in battle. Using his Hardening powers, he can take on and defeat almost any villain right now.
Kirishima is ranked 12th, but definitely has the potential to go higher. According to Kirishima, the fact that he is so short is largely due to the fact that he hasn't gone solo before. However, he has now decided to go solo, which means fans should expect him to go higher soon.
2
Shoji
Hero rank: 9
Shoji is doing pretty well and fans know him to be in the top 10 Hero rankings, which is pretty impressive. He is currently ranked #9 and a lot of that is due to him going solo early.
Shoji was impressive, although not as impressive as some of the other characters in My Hero Academia. That said, he's easily one of the most underrated individuals, and him taking that position is certainly a nice touch on the part of the author.
1
Shoto Todoroki
Hero rank: 2
Finally, the only other Class 1A individual in the top 10 is none other than Shoto Todoroki. Also known as the air conditioning hero, Shoto has successfully fulfilled his potential and can still go even higher. Right now, Shoto is the number two hero, just like his father Endeavor once was.
With the power of Half Cold Half Hot, Shoto is almost impossible to stop in battle. It is said that Shoto works tirelessly and that his focus is not only on beating bad guys, but also on making the people around him happy. Shoto's presence brings comfort to people while also making them feel very welcome, something that is unlike Bakugo.
