You will need a Comrade with the Exploration skill. This skill can be found on 5 Comrades: Devan, Falstaff, Joseph, Arnold, and Xavier. These are all unlocked through the Howling Hill expansion missions.
It’s also worth noting that the Blueprint you want is not guaranteed, so we recommend making a save file before the Dispatch Mission completes so you can save scum the Abyss Gear Blueprint.

The Reachwood Ruins Exploration Dispatch Mission is unlocked by first having access to Pororin, which is achieved through the Unreachable Village Faction Quest (that we have a guide on here). After, you can visit the Pororin Research Institute.
You will need to complete the Research Task: “Reachwood Ruins Dispatch Plan”, which in itself requires you to first complete “Natural Harmony Research” and “Palmar Leaf Research”. After, you can start a Dispatch Mission at the Reachwood Ruins for the following materials:

You can unlock the Verheim Ruins Exploration Dispatch Mission by completing the “Executioner of Justice” questline from the Odeck Tribe in Pailune. The location itself is near Odeck village, which is in the far north region of Pailune, as tagged on the map above.

To unlock the Kingshield Digsite Exploration Dispatch Mission, you must first complete the “Beneath the Dig Site” Faction Quest, which is provided in the House Marshell tab in Demeniss. You can find this mission at the Kingshield Mountains, north of Demeniss.

The Serpent Shrine Exploration Dispatch Mission will remain locked until you complete all 4 Aeserion, the Great Serpent Faction Quests in Delesyia’s tab. The questline can be started at the Serpent Shrine (marked above), and requires you to defeat Priscus, Praevus, and Primus, and then finish it off with the “Shackled God”.

The Bordig Ruins Exploration Dispatch Mission requires you to kill Ravok of the Savage Fangs as part of the “Master of the Wetlands” Faction Quest in the Lords of Unclaimed Lands tab for the Crimson Desert region. This quest can be started simply by heading to the location above.

The Timeworn Ruins Exploration Dispatch Mission can be unlocked after you’ve liberated the Timeworn Ruins, south of the second “E” in “Crimson Desert” on the map. If the area is still locked, then you will need to complete the “The Crimson Desert’s Knight of Fortune” and “Raiders of the Crimson Sands” Lords of Unclaimed Lands Faction Quests in the Crimson Desert tab.
