Whether a crossover could happen in the future is unknown. Animal Crossing had several minors Pokemon references in the past, mainly with the original GameCube title. However, he has had more crossovers involved in the past, similar to what fans are asking for. Splatoon passed with Animal Crossing: New Leaf in the form of unique villagers who could join the town if Splatoon A Callie, Marie, or Inkling amiibo has been scanned into the game. Animal Crossing and Splatoon they share a development team, so a crossover between the two series seems more likely than not Pokemon. However, it is never ruled out for future entry. While the crossover would likely be similar to the previous one New Leaf/Splatoon one, with villagers “cosplaying” or dressing up as a specific Pokémon, can still fulfill what players are looking for.
