With ten friendship levels for all villager characters in the game, players unlock new rewards for each level they complete. While the most iconic friendship rewards are the character themed skins, clothing, and furniture that players receive after reaching a new friendship level, players can earn an even more valuable reward after reaching level 2 of any character's friendship reward.
Once the player reaches level 2 of the villager's friendship reward, that character and the player can now meet. Players also have to assign a role to the character such as digging, gardening, fishing, foraging, mining, bending time (DLC Rift in Time) or catching shards (DLC Storybook Vale). Depending on what role the villager is assigned, the villager may find additional items while searching for resources.
However, the most interesting aspect of Hanging Out is that the assigned villager will follow the player around the village, including all Disney Dreamlight Valley houses or character locations. While this feature won't transfer these villagers to other realms, it remains a fun site Disney Dreamlight Valleygameplay.
Once the player ends the hangout or restarts the game, the villagers can resume their regular schedule.
Animal Crossing has a lot of potential for encounters
