Genshin Impact released a new Character Skill Showcase for their upcoming five-star Citlali, revealing her full set. It was previously revealed that he would be a new user of the Cryo Catalyst, suggesting a strong elemental application. Citlali's normal attacks are relatively simple, allowing her to perform three consecutive attacks. Genshin Impact 5.3: Kitlali Kit Revealed
Citlalia's elemental ability, Dawnfrost Darkstar, deploys a shield that changes with her elemental mastery. The shield is 250% more effective against Cryo damage. The skill also summons Itzpapa, which can enter a special state if Citlali has at least 50 Nightsoul points. In this state, Citlali regularly damages nearby enemies with Cryo attacks. When Itzpapa is on the field, he triggers Genshin ImpactFrozen or Melt reactions reduce enemy resistance to Pyro and Hydro by 20%.
This synergy makes Citlali a strong support for team compositions focused on these elemental reactions. She'll probably be great Genshin Impact support for her bannermate, the long-awaited Pyro Archon, Mavuik. Citlali's Elemental Burst, Edict of Entwined Splendor, is more straightforward. Deals massive AoE Cryo damage in front of her and restores a set amount of Nightsoul points. Burst also summons nearby enemies a Spiritvessel Skull that explodes after a short time and is limited to three enemy targets.
Kit details indicate that Citlali will be a powerful shield support capable of dealing significant Cryo damage. It will also be invaluable for exploration Genshin ImpactNatlan region because one of her passive talents allows her to fly on a pillow in areas with Phlogiston mechanics.
states that Citlali seems to be a decent choice for the current meta. However, her main flaw is probably the fact that while she can shred Pyro and Hydro resistances, she can't reduce Cryo's RES despite being a Cryo user.
