How to use Poke Balls in Pokemon Legends ZA

To use Poke Balls v Pokemon Legends ZAtrainers must have at least one of the mentioned items in their inventory and then approach the Pokemon. Use ŽL players will targetthen strike ZR will release ball and hit the Pokemon.

Trainers will have a better chance of catching a Pokemon if they do weaken them firstwhich leaves certain window of opportunity (about 3.5 seconds) to catch them. This window of opportunity presents swirling stars effect (similar to confusion) and after a single attempt Pokémon weakened like this will run away.

Players can too sneak up on Pokemon on surprise themby releasing the ball before they can engage in combat or flee. Some Pokémon like Abra (who uses Teleport to escape) may just be surprised. Fastball is best for this method as it has the highest chance of success in catching Pokemon on the first turn and sneak throws they are considered be rotate 0.
