- Loki has the power of the legendary Devil Fruit
Loki was first raised on Whole Cake Island when Big Mom went through her spur-of-the-moment relationship with the Giants of Elbaf. It was here that Oda made it clear that the giants were the strongest and most powerful in the world One piece world. According to Big Mom, if she could add the power of giant warriors to her already powerful pirate crew, she would be able to defeat all the other Yonkas and claim the title of Pirate King. Big Mom was definitely in luck because Loki, the Prince of Elbaf, fell in love with Lola. A wedding was soon announced, but Lola wanted to marry someone of her own choosing and not be controlled by her mother. That is why she finally left Totland and searched for her own husband alone. This then leads to Lola stubbornly pursuing certain men like Absalom, which is an exciting connection to the story.
If Lola married Loki, I'd be the Pirate King! – Big Mom
Regardless, it was a disaster for Big Mom. Her alliance with the Giants fell apart, and when she tried to push Chiffon as a replacement for Lola, it didn't work with her at all. Big Mom and the Giants have seen an even more sour relationship since then, and at the same time, as for Loki, fans never heard from him again until the Elbaf Arc.
In One Piece chapter 1130, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates set foot on the real Elbaf for the first time. After leaving Block City, Luffy and his East Blue recruits along with Chopper explored the Elbaf base and decided to go higher. But Luffy immediately sensed the presence of a strong individual nearby. When he decided to go check it out, the person turned out to be none other than Loki, the prince of Elbaf, who had been bound and was currently in chains.
How will Loki be released from his chains in Elbaf
Luffy could help free Loki in one piece 1131
Fans got quite a lot of exciting information about Loki in One Piece 1130. The Giants revealed that Loki is called the Cursed Prince and the shame of Elbafa. This may be surprising to some fans as many expected him to be on the good side, but it makes sense. After all, Loki is inspired by the God of Trickery and Mischief. As for Loki from One Piece, fans know that he was born evil and committed all sorts of heinous acts. Eventually, his deeds accumulated so much that he was sentenced to crucifixion a few years ago. It is unclear exactly what act led to his ordering his crucifixion, but it is highly likely that it happened after Loki targeted the legendary Devil Fruit of Elbaf and orchestrated the murder of King Harald, his own father. Loki managed to kill him and also successfully completed the task of consuming this devil fruit.
I am the Sun God who will destroy the world! – Loki
It's strange that this Devil Fruit is known for its legendary nature, but Oda hasn't revealed what power it has yet. As for Loki, the whole of Elbaf was against him and he was finally suppressed.

One Piece: Why Loki Is Called The Cursed Prince Explained
Loki is known as the Cursed Prince in One Piece's Elbaf. Here's why.
He is now chained in the mountainous region of Elbaf at the base, and the people of Elbaf believe that when Loki is released again, he will destroy the entire world.
Who will free Loki?
It begs the question of how Loki will ever escape. While this is certainly an interesting question, the answer is right in front of the fans. The person responsible for freeing Loki will be none other than Luffy. He had already seen him in the previous chapter, and although he sensed his presence, he is quite confused. Even after witnessing Loki's nature firsthand, Luffy didn't seem alert or even alert. He is quite confident and even smiles at Loki. He sees no reason not to free Loki, and it is highly likely that he will be the one to remove his chains for him.
How could Loki be freed
As for how Luffy will do this, fans must remember that Luffy is an Advanced Haki user. He can channel both armor and Conqueror's Haki into things and destroy them from within. If he succeeds, the chains can potentially be destroyed and Loki can then be freed.
What happens after Loki is released?
Loki unleashes his power immediately after
Eventually, one way or another, Loki will be let in One piece. The Giants of Elbaf believe that the world will end once Loki is freed. However, things could be different as Loki doesn't seem set up as the main villain. It is likely that Loki will fight Luffy in the beginning. After all, Oda sure gave him a pretty bad name. He has to be enough for the fans to see why he is so feared in Elbaf. But Loki also seems misguided in a way. He believes himself to be the Sun God and at the same time claims that the Sun God is about to destroy the world.
One way or another, Loki will have to realize that he is not the Sun God and that Luffy is the man he thinks he is. If this is indeed the case, then Loki could very well bond with the true Sun God that is Luffy. It must be remembered that the giants of Elbaf do worship the Sun god after all, and Loki would definitely not go for it. Beyond that, there are sure to be bigger enemies in Elbaf that everyone will have to deal with, and that could come in the form of a world government, specifically Im, the ruler of the entire world. With bigger fish to fry, Loki will eventually have to side with the straw pirates and find themselves alongside them.
