How long is day and night in a cut?
Understanding the length of day and night can help players plan their explorations and base building in Rust. Nights are pitch black, almost no visibility, making survival much harder. This is expected to be the least favorite part of the game for most players.
AND all day in Rust takes about 60 minutesand much of this hour is daylight. Daylight usually lasts around 45 minutes by default Rust server. The night, on the other hand, only lasts 15 minutes.
Day and night change seamlessly with dawn and dusk Rust. Some players don't like being out at night, but there are still plenty of things to do. Players can loot monuments at night, expand their bases, craft items and do a lot of other things. From walls to armor, you can craft a lot of different times at night, so use this time to tackle annoying tasks that take a while.
As important as day length may be to players, it was never explicitly mentioned by the developers anywhere, and there is no way to check how long a day is on a particular server in Rust.
How to change the length of day and night in a section
If you want to shorten or extend your night, you can jump modified servers which have different day/night settings. Some of these servers shorten the nights so players can get more out of their game time.
You can search for a community server with a name containing “night” and join it. You can also use Nitrado to find a server with the day length you want.
