How to beat Jiren in an episode battle in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero features many challenging fights in the Episode Battle part of the game where you have to choose a character and play their story. How you deal with these fights can change your progression path and you can unlock alternate story paths. However, in some cases, the alternate path results in the end of the story.
