Build houses anywhere in The Sims 4
Free Build Mode allows players to modify any building or land in the game, including buildings and land that cannot normally be modified. This cheat also allows players to bypass the grid system that is usually in place The Sims 4 and build anywhere on the map, even in areas that are usually blocked.
The free build can be enabled using a cheat. However, before players can activate it, they will first need to bring up the cheat console. The process varies for different platforms:

PC: Press Ctrl+Shift+C

Mac: Press Command+Shift+C.

Xbox: Press LB, RB, LT and RT.

PlayStation: L1, R1, L2, R2.
After opening the cheat console, type 'testingcheats on' in the cheat window to enable cheat testing. Once done, players should enter 'bb.enablefreebuild' to enable free build in The Sims 4. With this cheat enabled, they will be able to build innovative buildings that may not be feasible with standard placement rules.
In addition, players can enter 'bb.moveobjects on' move objects freely. This cheat will allow players to place objects anywhere, even in places that would normally be restricted by collision rules. Also: those who don't have enough Simoleons can activate 'FreeRealEstate On' and build a house for free. Similarly, players can type 'FreeRealEstate Off' to disable this cheat.

How to move units in The Sims 4
Move the apartment to another apartment unit
Moving a unit to another location in an apartment complex is a fairly simple process:

From the unit players wish to move, enter Build Mode by clicking the 'Build Mode' icon in the menu or pressing F2.

All units should be visibly highlighted in different colors.

Players must click on the 'View Info' button in the top left corner to view their housing unit information. Each unit is listed separately.

Find the unit you want to move into in the list and click the 'Home Unit' button. Instead, the objects from the previous location of the flat should start filling in here.
Players should note that Sims can only move into empty units, so previous tenants will need to be moved out before starting this process.
