Players will encounter a locker at the end of the game Directive 8020 episode 3 during a story node called “Search”. While Cooper and Anders are searching the dining room, they open a shuttered window and get inside to find a large white cabinet/cupboard/grocery storage that's easy to miss if you're rushing to the next area.
