There are many creatures in which you can encounter Yoshi and the mysterious bookwith each chapter introducing more of these weird and wonderful guys. Although Billeau may be one of the more unusual ones.
They are simply a toxic cloud of gas. And so many of their discoveries center around essentially suffocating other creatures. They also move in a pretty fascinating way, so here's how to get all of their discoveries.
Where did Billeau originally meet?
Billeau is first seen after you've reached the credits and unlocked the second half of the game's chapters. They are concrete can be found in Chapter Seven, Undergroundas one of the last Creatures you meet there.
Despite how uniquely they function, they also appear in later chapters most of their discoveries can and will only be unlocked in the initial phase.

Billeau has quite a few discoveries about them, though thankfully nothing too obscene. Here they are all and how to get them:
