Which animals gift paper?

There are several ways to get paper Pocket camp completed:

1. Complete animal requirements.

2. Use paper treasure maps in Blathers's Treasure Trek.

3. Go to Shovelstrike Quarry.

4. Get gifts from other campers, your camp manager or from the map screen.

Requests for animals

Whenever an animal appears on the map, you can talk to it and turn in quests. The animals stay in their places 3 hours in real time. You can also use a Ticket request if you want another round of applications. Depending on kind of animalyou will get different materials and essences. You can handle the requests all at once without having to travel with help Pete's Parcel Service.

Animals that give paper Pocket camp completed are:

• Bear (ex: Curt, Teddy)

• Rhino (ex: Merengue, Spike)

• Sheep (eg: Muffy, Baabara)

• Eagle (ex: Apollo, Celia)

• Koala (ex: Eugene, Melba)

• Octopus (ex: Octavian, Marina)

Some animals (like Melba) have their own treasure map, meaning you'll need to use Gulliver's Ship to get the relevant map and then use Blathers's Treasure Trek to “explore” the map and reach the destination.

You can get a treasure map from a random gift balloon or by completing animal requests. If the map is marked with a paper icon, you can open it and “scroll” around the map by paying 1000 bells. Alternatively, you can clear the entire map and collect each paper bag along the way with Auto-Trek. Auto-Trek will cost leaf tokens to “fit”/move, but it's the fastest way to clear the map. The final goal of the paper crafting material map is x20 paper.

Shovel Quarry

When you ask for help and pay with leaf tokens, you can get to Shovelstrike Quarry five times a daybut if you're looking for paper, then you'll want to go when it's there paper making material icon on the quarry map icon. In Shovelstrike Quarry you get it five turns to break rocks. Each stone contains a mineral (ruby, sapphire, gold nugget, silver nugget) that determines the amount of crafting materials and bells you get at the end.

The cheapest way to get into the quarry is register other players' camp cardsthen talk to their character at Whistle Pass. You need help from three villagers enter Shovelstrike Quarry. You can ask for help up to twice daily. Once you've reached the limit, you'll need to pay leaf tokens to enter the quarry for the remaining 24 hours.

If you've already requested help twice in Whistle Pass but still want to enter Shovelstrike Quarry, you'll need to pay x20 Leaf Tokens. You can do this up to three times a day.

Gifts

Gifts are another way to get paper crafting materials:

• If you open the map, you can see a red or gold balloon. Click on them to get crafting materials, bells and essence. Unfortunately, earnings from these balloons are random, so it's not a guaranteed way to get paper.

• You can also get a daily gift from other villagers at Whistle Pass if you have registered Camper Cards.

• Set the paper giving animal (bear, eagle, sheep, rhino, koala, octopus) as your Camp administrator. You can occasionally collect rewards from your camp manager who will always have their respective crafting material, essence and bells.

• Talk to the animals in your campsite and cabin and they may give you a gift of crafting materials.

Where to use paper in Pocket Camp Complete

What furniture/clothing does paper require?

Go to Craft menu at the bottom of the screen to craft new furniture/clothing/equipment. When you try to invite new animals to your camp, they will have a list of furniture that you need to make before they can join. While most furniture requires wood and cotton, occasionally you'll have a recipe that calls for it paperas it is Balloon furniture set (eg: Balloon chair) and Registration cabinets. Paper is also used for manufacturing special request items like the Aurora screen.
