How to get rid of the body
You can do this in several ways dispose of the body after autopsy. You for starters can bury in the cemetery and decorate the plot increase the rating of the cemetery. This is the default disposal method, but you can e.gfinally unlock the cremation to burn the remains into ashes on the funeral pyre.
Second, you can reanimate a corpse to work like a graveyard servant. Take the corpse to the resurrection table to create a zombie. You won't get a certificate for this, but you will get free labor after the graveyard. This is only available in the Breaking Dead DLC.
Finally, when all else fails, you just can throw the body into the river. This is a quick disposal method, but it is a financial loss for you. There is no certificate for sale, so get what parts you need before throwing it out of the body. This is really the only one ideal if you screw up the autopsy beyond saving.
