How to use the Royal Net in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Royal Net is a royal tool that was introduced thanks to the Storybook Vale expansion Disney Dreamlight Valley. Dreamers will use it in the available Vale biomes to hunt creatures called Snippets.
Getting the Royal Net is very easy as you only need to complete the first quest Disney Dreamlight Valley upon arrival at Storybook Vale. Although it may sound simple, you have to solve a little puzzle before you can get the Royal Net.

How to unlock the royal net in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Upon entering Storybook Vale from Dreamlight Castle in The Plaza, players will automatically start the Welcome to Storybook Vale quest after encountering Merida stuck in a square of ink. Inkies are drops of ink that are similar to Nightthorn Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Take out those surrounding Merida and follow her to meet the Lorekeeper. He sends the Dreamers to find the Royal Net as it is hidden somewhere in The Library of Lore. But first, head to one of the lower corners of the library to find a bag. Open it to take the dishes and potion and use it to upgrade the royal pickaxe.
Use the pickaxe on the rocks near the bag to clear a path and use the lever twice to turn the stone slab on the ground. Next, head to the other lever and use it three times to complete the picture that has a picture of Princess Aurora aka Sleeping Beauty.
How to use the Royal Net in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The royal net is used to catch the fragments and return them to The Lorekeeper, so he regains his power. The royal instrument has two main moves Disney Dreamlight Valley; one is used to catch shards in front of you in a vertical motion and the other is when you hold the button and charge the royal web to make it move in a circular motion to catch nearby shards that fly too high.
Dreamers will also encounter golden wheels, which are usually used to open doors. Keep in mind that a vertical requires a vertical movement, while a flat wheel requires a rotating movement. Each biome has its own snippet type with different move sets. For example, while The Bind's Snippets fly all over the place, Everafter's Snippets are frogs that like to hop around. Lorekeeper has lots of different puzzles that reward valuable items and clothing, so collect the required number and type of shards to unlock them.
