Izuku Midoriya, also known as the hero named Deku, is the protagonist My Hero Academia and one of the most popular characters in the story. Izuku began his journey as a Quirkless boy; however, his journey was long and complicated.
Over time, he became one of the most important people for the Hero company in general, and he did it all through his own hard work. He has accomplished quite a lot over the years and accomplished many things that he never would have hoped to do as a child. WITH My Hero Academia after ending after the Final War arc, Izuku continues his journey and continues to achieve greatness as he becomes the greatest of all time.

Saved Bakugo when no one could
One of Izuku Midoriya's greatest achievements was witnessed by fans very early in the story. This was when Izuku was actually Quirkless and was told he couldn't become a hero. Despite this, when Sludge attacked Bakugou, he didn't hesitate or think twice before lending a helping hand to his friend.
Even though he had no means to help him or defeat the villain, he still rushed to help, and that in itself is an achievement because according to All Might, the greatest sign of being a hero is when your body moves on its own to save people in need. It was through this action that Izuku became the 9th and final user of One For All.

He managed one for all
Izuku has accomplished quite a lot over time, and it goes without saying that one of his greatest accomplishments thus far has been mastering One For All. Even though he hasn't mastered the Quirk to 100% yet, he can actually develop half of it's power without too much trouble. This may not seem impressive; but considering the fact that it had only been about a year under him, Izuku had certainly accomplished a lot in that department.
In times of need it can even draw forth the full power of the One for All; however, this would seriously injure him. Later, he was able to use all of his powers thanks to the powers the relics gave him.

Mastered The Other Quirks
Izuku Midoriya is the only One For All user who is able to use the Quirks of former relics. All Might, the eighth user of One For All, failed to do so. However, with Izuku, this Quirk has now reached its full potential, and being Quirkless, he can unleash the maximum power that has been stored in this Quirk over time.
Izuku had access to six other Quirks that were stored in One For All, and with each passing generation these powers grew stronger. The One For All itself grows stronger as it is passed down, and all of these abilities make it far more powerful than any previous Relic. By the time of the Final War arc, Izuku had awakened all of these powers and mastered them to a great extent.

He saved Kota
As a hero, Izuku Midoriya has the main task of saving lives on his shoulders. He has done this on countless occasions; however, some of them were more memorable to fans than others. When Izuku fought Muscular to save Koto, it was a very interesting fight and a character moment for him.
Although Izuku was weaker than Muscular, he stood his ground and fought against the monstrous villain. He built his body and broke almost every bone to pick it up. He did all this to save the life of a small child, and that certainly deserves respect. This also turned Koto's opinion of Heroes and became an idol for him.

He saved Eri
Just as he saved Kota, Izuku rushed to Eri's rescue when she was introduced to fans during the Shie Hassaikai arc. Eri was being abused by Chisaki and Deku couldn't bear the thought of her being miserable forever.
He was the one who saved her in the end. But what's even more incredible is the fact that he didn't just save her. He engages her in a fight against her abuser and uses her powers to take him down, which is nothing short of an incredible feat.

They all fought for one
As the 9th user of One For All, Izuku was destined to fight against All For One. In the Final War Saga, Izuku Midoriya faced the original All For One for the first time. Now he has also clashed with Shigaraki several times. As fans already know, Shigaraki was slowly overcome by All For One's conscience towards the end. In fact, for the vast majority of Final War Shigaraki was simply an extension of All For One.
As such, they clashed with Izuku, and surprisingly, Deku faced him in battle. Their clash took place at the very end of My Hero Academia, and Izuku simply couldn't hold his own in this battle without the remains. Thanks to the immense sacrifice of the remains and later One For All itself, this battle was won. All For One eventually lost and disbanded. That Izuku has come this far in just 1 year is certainly amazing and deserves praise and respect. He did something even All Might couldn't do and in the process became the #1 hero in the eyes of many, including All Might himself.

He became the greatest hero
Deku's greatest achievement by far is becoming the greatest hero of all time. Even if he didn't reach the #1 spot, he doesn't need it. With her, Deku saved Japan and the whole world. My Hero Academia begins with Izuku mentioning that it's the story of how he became the greatest hero of all time. This meant that without any doubt, Izuku always achieved his dream, thus also surpassing his mentor All Might.
In the end, Deku was recognized by All Might as the best hero and Deku becomes the next Symbol of Peace, which is excellent for a boy born without any Quirks. It will undoubtedly forever remain his greatest achievement and cement his legacy as the greatest in the world of My Hero Academia.
