Powered Descender is one of the most useful tools in ARC Raiderswhich allows players to make a controlled descent from great heights without taking fall damage. Players can either come across this item while looting various containers on the maps or craft it after obtaining the Powered Descender blueprint. While finding a blueprint is mostly RNG dependent, I have discovered and tested a spot on Riven Tides where there is a good chance the blueprint will drop this valuable tool.

The Dockmaster Detector is a useful item in ARC Raiders that can reveal buried treasure on the sandy shores of the Riven Tides map during the Beachcombing event.
How to get the Powered Descender Blueprint in ARC Raiders (location)
Plan Powered Descender in ARC Raiders can be randomly found in areas with high loot value, especially during night raids, which contain 2x loot value modifiers. However, if you want to get the tool quickly, you can loot it lockers found inside the tennis court area of the Riven Tides map to find its blueprint.
The tennis court area can be found in the southwest part of the Riven Tides map, directly south of the Panorama Azzuro Hotel. If you spawn near a location, go there quickly and entrance to the changing rooms near the field.
This area has several rows of lockers that you can loot to get various items. However, even these have a high chance of creating a Powered Descender plan. I did a total of 10 runs of this area and found Powered Descender blueprints in three of them, so spawn rate from my limited testing a whopping 30%.
Once you finally get the Powered Descender plan ARC Raidersmake sure you put it in a safe pocket and extract it from the map. You can now consume the blueprint back in Speranza to craft a tool with a single Power Rod and Turbine Compressor. Here's how you can get crafting materials for the Powered Descender.
- How to get power bars: You can craft them with Refiner Level 3 in Speranza with 2x Advanced Electrical Components and 2x Arc Circuitry. Alternatively, you can try to farm for them by looting electrical boxes and yellow server cabinets (playing Night Raid increases the spawn rate).
- How to get a turbine compressor: You'll need to destroy the Turbine ARC machine on the Riven Tides map to rescue the Turbine Compressor from its body.
