Shanks is undoubtedly one of the most powerful pirates to sail the seas. In fact, such is his strength that he has been directly compared to Roger on numerous occasions. Shanks' true power has not even been seen, but he has already been recognized by individuals such as Kaido, and is also considered by many to be the next Roger.

While Shanks and Garling alone make this family very strong, fans know that's not all the Figarlands has to offer. Figarland's One Piece family has yet another powerful member who was first seen in One Piece Chapter 907 but was recently reintroduced in One Piece Chapter 1134. This member is none other than Shanks' twin brother. In terms of power, not much is known about this person, but the fact is that he serves in the ranks of the God Knights. With the ascension of Saint Garling Figarland to the Five Elders, it is highly likely that Shanks' brother is now the new Supreme Commander of the God Knights. Clearly, being Shanks' brother is enough for fans to know that this person is very powerful. Additionally, this person is now being built as the main villain of the Elbaf arc, which shows that the power he has is going to be absolutely awesome.

There may be more members of the Figarland family that fans haven't really met yet, but it's safe to say that they're probably already the most powerful family in One piece. There are no complicated families One piece as strong as the Figarlands, except for the Monkey D. family. The Monkey D. family is a very powerful bunch that includes Monkey D. Garp, Monkey D. Dragon, and of course the Yonko Monkey D. Luffy. All three of these characters have legendary power and on paper should be just as strong as the Figarlands, if not stronger. It's hard to say who is stronger, and it all depends on the portrayal of St. Garling Figarland in the Final Saga and Shanks' twin. Regardless, it can be said that they are now equals and the Figarlands have a fair shout of being the most powerful family in One piece.

This is especially true considering Garp's age. Right now, Garp is quite old, and while he is quite powerful, fans know that he is not powerful enough to take down an official Yonko. On the other hand, Saint Garling will most likely be gifted with the same immortality as the other Elders, which officially gives the Figarland family an advantage. In the Final Saga, their true power will be thoroughly fleshed out and fans absolutely cannot wait.
