This article contains spoilers from One Piece's Elbaf Arc.
One Piece's The Elbaf arc provided fans with a tremendous amount of exciting information, both about things that affect the future and the mysterious past of the world. One piece fans are well aware that the Elbaf arc focused a lot on the character of Rocks D. Xebca. Although Rocks was introduced to fans as a major villain, he actually turned out to be quite a likable character. Fans have grown to love his charismatic personality, and now that his time in Loki's flashback is coming to an end, it's abundantly clear that Rocks D. Xebec he will be greatly missed.
D. Xebec rocks fall on God Valley after the battle against Imo, but fans know he won't actually die here. After all, in One piecedeath only comes when someone is forgotten. Rocks is still remembered by many and above all two great characters will carry his will and act as his successors. These two characters are Blackbeard, his own son, and Lokiwhich Rocks saved by mere existence.

Rocks was eventually killed by Imu
One piece fans know this very well Rocks basically died to save his family. Teach was a slave of the Davy Clan in God Valley and he would have felt pain beyond imagination before being killed if Rocks hadn't saved him. The rocks saved him and he died in the process. Today, Teach represents Davy Clan against the world government, just like the Rocks once did.
As long as my wife and child survive, I don't care about anything else. — Rocks D. Xebec on Boží údolí
Teach is incredibly powerful, and knowing what the government did to his father, he certainly won't stay silent. It is clear that Teach carries his father's will. He sails on a ship called the Saber of Xebec, and his official goal is to make his mark on the world, which Rocks recently claimed to be Imu himself. Clearly, Teach aims to take down Ima and that's something that excites fans to no end.
Loki bears The Will Of Rocks D. Xebec
Rocks' true will was inherited by Loki
While Blackbeard was related by blood to Rocks D. Xebecbeing his own son and a member of the Davy Clan, fans know very well that Loki is the one who carries Rocks' true will. Loki knew Rocks a lot more than Teach and was completely in love with him. As a boy who wanted to kill himself, his only salvation was Rocks D. Xebec.
At that moment, Loki was saved. — Narrator
Loki despises the Government because of Rocks and because of him he believes in tremendous power. The reasons why Loki is as powerful as he is right now is because of Rocks and he believes that he is the Sun God who is destroying the world. Like Rocks, Loki wants to claim the world and unlike his father, he wants to stand up to world government to the bitter end if necessary. Loki and Blackbeard are very similar, yet different. Both are against world government, but each has carved a different path and both deserve to be successors to Rocks D. Xebec.
