Starving artist achievement in Genshin Impact

IN Genshin Impact Natlan, players can't find Seelies. This ties into the tradition between the region, the Abyss, and the Night Kingdom. Instead, the blue ghosts are replaced by Phlogiston-like creatures that “walk” when they move; they are functionally similar to Seelies. These adorable ghosts are said to be born from ancient graffiti. These graffiti are where players should bring back Monetoos after wandering around or getting into danger. Of course, like Seelies, Monetoo's help will also give players some rewards, such as chests or achievements in Genshin Impact.

Not only normal Monetoos that take on the blue-orange-red mixed color of Phlogiston, there are also Hued Monetoos that only have one solid color. These special Hued Monetoos can help players solve some puzzles that require coloring, as they can be dropped on an object to color it. Travelers can even wear two Monetoos at the same time to “mix” the colors. However, coloring and blending aren't the only tasks players will find with the help of these Hued Monetoos. Travelers can sometimes let out their hidden artistic side and simply spray different colors on the wall. In this way, players can gain The Starving Artist's Success in Genshin Impact.
