Naruto Uzumaki is a living legend widely respected and admired by almost every character in the film Boruto. As the Seventh Hokage, Naruto protected the shinobi world from some of the most powerful members of the Otsutsuki clan and the now defunct Kara organization. With Baryon Mode, Naruto once again proved himself worthy of the title of the most powerful shinobi in the world.
Naruto Uzumaki's Tailed Beast Future Power Explained
Naruto Uzumaki was seriously nervous in Boruto. However, he could unlock new abilities related to the Tailed Beast.
While still formidable, Naruto's power level without access to Baryon Mode, Kurama, and Six Paths Sage Mode has greatly decreased. While Naruto remains a very formidable shinobi even though he is sealed away, several of the strongest characters in him Boruto they surpassed him in power.

Sasuke Uchiha is one step ahead of Naruto
Like Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha is officially sidelined and out of commission Two blue swirls. He now serves as a chakra source for Hidari, a Shinju clone created after him. Worse, Sasuke also lost his Rinnegan with Borushiki, resulting in his weakened power level.
Despite Sasuke's unfortunate situation, there's no denying that he remains a fearsome shinobi who can rely on the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and his signature ninjutsu. Unlike Naruto, who is likely limited to Sage Mode, Sasuke has a new power-up waiting above his EMS via the Sword of Kusanagi, which Sumire upgraded per Boruto's instructions.

The code without limiters puts Naruto in great danger
The code was always looking for Naruto Uzumaki Boruto. In fact, he has been very vocal in his ultimate desire to kill the character to avenge Isshiki, whom he worships as his personal Otsutsuki God. Before Jura and the Shinju clones stole his thunder, Code in his unlimited version was the most powerful villain who could realistically eliminate Naruto at will in the shinobi world.
The code was already stronger than Jigen, which Naruto and Sasuke together couldn't defeat. With Amado removing the limiters, Code would have been able to easily kill Naruto in his current vulnerable state had Kawaki not sealed him.

Kawaki Uzumaki controls Naruto's destiny
Kawaki Uzumaki holds the fate of Naruto Uzumaki Two blue swirls. He was the one who easily fused Naruto and Hinata together and sent them to another dimension where they are frozen in time like NPCs in a video game indefinitely. Their liberation is only possible through Kawaki Kokugan, which he inherited from Isshiki Otsutsuki through karma.
Since Naruto's sealing, Kawaki has grown significantly stronger, largely due to Amado Sanzu's modifications. His primary configuration favors offense over defense, allowing him to overwhelm his enemies with quick, explosive attacks. However, the downside is that Amado controls Kawaki's setup in active combat.

Boruto Uzumaki outgrew Naruto after the Timeskip
While Naruto remains sealed in Kawaki's pocket dimension, Boruto Uzumaki spent most of his time training with Sasuke Uchiha and Kashin Koji outside of Konoha. As a result, Boruto returned stronger than ever, with much more control over his abilities, including the power of karma. He also received incredible upgrades, from Rasengan Uzuhiko and Sasuke's upgraded sword to his own version of the Flying Thunder God technique.
Above all, Boruto had grown strong enough to rival Otsutsuki, a milestone that even Naruto could not easily achieve. With unlimited access to Momoshiki's Otsutsuki abilities and no risk of losing control, Boruto surpassed Naruto in almost every aspect. Two blue swirls.

Naruto cannot bypass Daemon's Reflection Shinjutsu
On the surface, Daemon looks like a mischievous child who likes to play tricks on others. However, beneath his youthful exterior lies a powerful, scientifically engineered cyborg who wields a deadly shinjutsu, or god-like ability, called Reflection. It is the ultimate defense against all forms of attack and murderous intent in the series, allowing the Daemon to instantly repel any threat back to its source.
Boruto, Kawaki and even Code who had already surpassed Naruto could not even touch Daemon due to his shinjutsu. The moment they become hostile towards the Daemon, his Reflection Shinjutsu will completely deflect the threat, making it nearly impossible to surprise him. Even Naruto would have a hard time finding even the tiniest opening for Daemon's defenses.

Momoshiki is an emerging threat that Naruto cannot contain
Momoshiki Otsutsuki is just waiting for the perfect time to strike Two blue swirls. Although he remains trapped in Boruto, his cooperation in the clash with Jura may finally give him the opportunity he needs to take control permanently. As fans understand, a Momoshiki-possessed Boruto is an overwhelming, almost unstoppable threat, so terrifying to imagine.
From the beginning, Momoshiki was always stronger than Naruto, even though Naruto fought alongside Sasuke. He could easily absorb their ninjutsu, combine it with taijutsu and still overpower them. With Boruto's body fully under Momoshiki's control, Naruto wouldn't stand much of a chance against him.
2
Jura is a fatal opponent for Naruto
Defeating Jura is Boruto's most pressing priority Two blue swirls. Jura has the power to destroy the world at will and could kill Boruto and his allies the moment he loses interest in humanity. As the direct incarnation of the juvenile Ten Tails, Jura possesses incredible abilities such as wood release, extreme regeneration, and even a dual Rinnegan. Additionally, he is a sentient being with instinctive combat awareness.
In a head-to-head confrontation with Jura, Naruto would be at a serious disadvantage, and Jura would likely have won if not for Naruto's Talk no Jutsu to convince him. At the moment, Jura is the strongest villain in the game Two blue swirls, with powers so strong that Boruto is forced to work with not only Momoshiki Otsutsuki, but also Kawaki to take him down for good.

Shibai Otsutsuki surpasses every Boruto and Naruto character in strength
Shibai Otsutsuki is portrayed as the strongest character in the film Two blue swirlsstanding over Naruto, Boruto, Kawaki and possibly Jura and the Shinju clones. Having ascended to a higher plane of existence, he is widely regarded as the true God of Otsutsuki, the main source of shinjutsu, greatly raising the overall scale of power in the series.
While Shibai Otsutsuki has yet to actually appear in the series, stories of him consuming countless Chakra Fruits before becoming the Otsutsuki God suggest that he has little regard for other life forms. Not even Naruto's Talk, no Jutsu would likely sway him.
