However, title owners Disney have now wised up to the news and think they're sitting on a hidden pot of gold, as the game is selling for over 1,500 percent of what it was a few days ago, with some listings for a staggering 2,000 percent increase.

Despite being a children's game, Piglet's Big Adventure has gone viral thanks to its isometric camera and survival horror gameplay as Piglet explores a terrifying mansion that would not look out of place in Racoon City. The terrifying level is accompanied by nightmare-inducing music that shouldn't be anywhere near a game intended for children.
While tweets featuring the title's gameplay and music garnered tens of millions of views (seriously) and hundreds of thousands of likes, the title's owners struggled to cash in on what they had.
Reports initially stated that the game was sold out on the eBay sales platform. However, since then, savvy sellers have been quoting more at extortionate prices.
Before they went viral, copies of The Big Piglet Game on the PlayStation 2 sold on eBay UK for around £3.00 ($3.80). After the viral tweets, the most expensive copy sold for £49.99 ($64), a 1,566 percent increase.

While copies of Disney's PlayStation 2 title are actually still sold out, gamers can pick up a factory-sealed Nintendo GameCube copy of the game for £60 in either English or French, with the French version of the game having an amazing title. Les Adventures De Porcine.
