The role of Scopper in Elbaf reflects the role of Rayleigh in Sabaody and Roger's importance for the overall story.
Scopper is known far and wide as the left wing of the Pirate King, serving as Roger's most important ally next to Rayleigh and is repeatedly referred to as straight. For this reason, Scopper's power is easily among the largest the fans have ever seen, although the character is far from his first -class.
