7 Games That Reward Stealth Over Combat
For players who want to go the almost entirely stealth route while avoiding combat, here are some of the best games that reward stealth.
Game Rant can exclusively reveal some news The Stone of Madness footage that provides an overview of Eduardo de Rojas, one of the player's party members. Eduardo is a shirtless giant who can use his immense strength to either open paths by plowing through things like a cave-in, or create new ones where none exist – for example by making bridges out of wood. Although not as violent as The Stone of Madness's Leonora Guzman, Eduardo is still willing to use his power in battle. This is underscored by a scene from the new video where he swings his chain to immediately knock down the three guards who have surrounded him.
Eduardo May tries to stay hidden in The Stone of Madness
While The Stone of Madness is primarily a stealth game, sneaking around with Eduard won't be easy. His size alone limits him from accessing areas that more agile characters can reach. Additionally, Eduardo's fear of the dark causes him to lose his mind whenever he finds himself without light. Sanity is a vital resource in the game and letting it drop too low can lead to party members having a mental breakdown that easily turns violent. Given Eduardo's phobia, old lady Agnes might have an easier time sneaking in, too The Stone of Madness than it will be.
Fortunately for Eduardo, Agnes has the unique ability to ignite light sources such as torches, making it easier for him to navigate through areas. During the night parts of the game, which are largely devoted to prep work, Eduardo will be able to craft various tools that the party can use to explore.
