Lords of the Fallen Update v.1.6.49 Patch Notes
Exile Stalker Starting Class Modification:
- Exiled Stalker has been modified to give players a “Light” playstyle option when choosing their starting class. While some players prefer a heavier and stronger fighting style (which Udirangr Warwolf, Hallowed Knight, and more provide), we realized that players who prefer a more nimble approach to combat have more limited options. To that end, the Exiled Stalker is now faster and more agile, better representing the original vision of the character.
Parry Feedback sound effect:
- Based on community feedback, we've updated the bounce sound effects to be more satisfying and effective, offering clearer audio cues when successfully parrying an enemy attack.
Adjusting the Vigor pickup:
- Another popular community request, collecting Vigor after defeating enemies is now automatic, meaning you no longer have to manually collect it with a lamp. We noticed that many players were either losing hard-earned power by simply forgetting to pick them up, or felt that the process disrupted gameplay. We hope this will now help streamline the gaming experience and allow you to instead put more energy and focus on the battles ahead.
Byron's quest update:
- We've adjusted Byron's optional quest line, which gives players additional opportunities to encounter Winterberry, to prevent scenarios where players could unknowingly fail to complete it.
Relentless Focus Pendant Repair:
- The Unbridled Focus pendant, which reduces the cost of Channeling and Aura abilities, now works as intended. Thanks to fellow lampooner Syren Kindra for bringing this bug to our attention!
Adaptation of the Silent Saint:
- The Hushed Saint boss battle has been adjusted based on player feedback to provide a more dynamic and satisfying melee encounter, while maintaining the same level of challenge but with less emphasis on mounted combat.
Fix for poison stack bug:
- Fixed a small bug ensuring the poison build-up effect now works as intended.
