The two blue vortices officially grant Himawari six path level power

Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 34 is set to begin a new arc for the series on May 20, 2026 in Shueisha's V-Jump Issue #7. After the conclusion of the Mamushi arc, Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 34 exists to tie up loose ends and deal with post-war content to tease this new chapter. Boruto and Naruto's official website, naruto-official.com, released a new sneak preview panel on May 18, 2026.

This panel focused on a number of characters, including Boruto Uzumaki, Chocho, Shikadai Nara, and Inojin Yamanaka, along with Himawari Uzumaki as they celebrated their victory over Shinju Mamushi. Most importantly, this new panel told us that Himawari Uzumaki, the current bearer of Kurama's power, has now officially received a six-path level upgrade and gained healing energy that is equal to that of Naruto from the 4th Great Ninja War.

On May 18, 2026, the official website for Boruto and Naruto, naruto-official.com, revealed the second sneak peek panel for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 34. While the focus of this new sneak peek was Boruto Uzumaki teleporting away after Mamushi in Konoha, it shed some light on Himmo Uzumaki trying to save her show. Inojin's eyes in the previous chapter.

IN Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes In Chapter 33, which was released on April 20, 2026, Inojin attempted to save Konoha by using his Mind-Body Transfer through Mamushi and channeling Killing Intent at Daemon, who then projected onto all of Mamushi's clones and got rid of them for good. As Inojin wanted Daemon's eyes to become ineffective, this action was reflected on all the Mamushi clones, including Inojin's own body. Basically, both of Inojin's eyes were destroyed in this attempt, and his entire power as a ninja would have been greatly weakened if this had been the case. Moments after, Himawari was seen using Kurama's healing powers to fix Inojin.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 34 finally shows results thanks to a new preview. In this chapter, it is clearly seen that Inojin has both eyes intact and that Himawari was able to completely restore them and give him full vision again. This is a tremendous feat of healing abilities that reminds us of what Naruto Uzumaki did in the Naruto manga in the Fourth Great Ninja War, 12 years ago in May 2014.

Himawari's recovery abilities are comparable to Naruto's Six Paths Yin-Yang release

To truly appreciate Himawari Uzumaki's new healing ability from Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 34, we simply have to go back to Naruto's feat from the Fourth Great Ninja War. Back in the war, Madara Uchiha sneaks up on Kakashi towards the end and rips his Mangekyo Sharingan, using it to enter the Kamui dimension. By this time, Naruto had already awakened his Six Paths powers and moments later used Yin-Yang Release to restore Kakashi's old eye, even though it had been stolen. It was a god-like feat that Naruto said he didn't understand himself.

“Kakashi sensei, try opening your eye now! You could say I took a part of Kakashi-sensei and made a little um…something!” — Naruto Uzumaki, Naruto Chapter 675

Restoring lost organs is a very difficult feat, and in the past only those with God-level power could do it. Himawari Uzumaki did something similar in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 34 sneak peek. She was able to use Kurama's power to fully restore Inojin's eyes, despite both being lost in the previous chapter. This is in many ways a feat even greater than Naruto's in the war.

This may seem surprising to some fans at first, but it makes a lot of sense since Himawari's synchronization with Kurama is greater than even Naruto's, as we were officially confirmed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 10, which was released in V Jump Issue #7 in May 2024. In this chapter, Kurama stated that he set up more synergy with Himawari than to unlock. more of his powers than any previous user.

“I feel your chakra has a higher affinity to mine than any other chakra. More so than even Naruto's.” — Kurama Himawari, Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 10

More than that was later confirmed Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 25 that Himawari is no Jinchuriki and that she is a human Tailed Beast, much like Jura functions as an incarnation of the Ten Tails. This means that Himawari's Kurama powers are much purer and also much stronger, allowing her to perform feats that even Naruto was unable to do in the past.

You are no ordinary Shinobi. In fact, you're even a bit different from the Jinchuriki…those who have the Tailed Beast in them. You're human, but if anything, you're more like me and Jura. — Kurama Himawari, Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 25

Himawari's full potential in the future of Boruto: The Two Blue Vortexes

Himawari Full Potential Boruto Two Blue Vortex
Himawari talks to Kurama inside her mind.

It goes without saying that Himawari Uzumaki is extremely powerful right now and this represents the latest feat she has performed Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 34 shows the improvement she has made in a very short time. But he's still nowhere near fulfilling his shinobi potential. Himawari was seen training with Kurama Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 25 and it was clear to see that she had disappointed the Tailed Beast to a great extent. This suggests that he is nowhere near unlocking his full potential.

Himawari will take years to fully master Kurama's power, and when she does, she should have access to abilities such as full Kurama Chakra mode and healing abilities on a level comparable to the Six Paths. Furthermore, Himawari might even be able to use powers similar to Baryon Mode, and this time she might even be able to avoid death due to the higher synergy.

Human tailed beasts are probably the next step for boruto in the naruto franchise Image by Rei Penber/ Game Rant

Of course, this is all speculation on our part, but the possibility certainly exists and cannot be denied. In both cases, Kurama was offered by Himawari as having even more potential than Naruto Uzumaki, and this is the official statement that comes from author Mikio Ikemoto and head Masashi Kishimoto himself. As an adult, she should be well above the average Kage level ninja and strong enough to match the likes of Otsutsuki and even Jura. Once Himawari masters her power, she should be one of Konoha's elite shinobi and might even surpass Naruto Uzumaki in his prime, a significant achievement for her that we would all really appreciate after watching her grow for about 10 years now.

However, for this to happen, we need to be a lot more patient, as Himawari is still very young and nowhere near mastering Kurama's powers. She is also not the main character of the series and only fulfills the role of a supporting character. The vast majority of attention will still be focused on the likes of Boruto Uzumaki, Kawaki, and Sarada Uchiha. Himawari gets her moments, but sporadically, and that's something we all need to keep in mind to temper our expectations. Either way, this new Six Path level power-up is here for all Boruto fans to celebrate and enjoy.
