KYIV: Ukraine's human rights ombudsman called on the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the United Nations to investigate a widely shared photo on Saturday that he said likely shows a Ukrainian prisoner of war killed and dismembered by Russian forces. Ukraine's general prosecutor said separately that an urgent investigation had been launched into information spread on social media about the murder and dismemberment of a Ukrainian prisoner of war.
