How to catch the Shadow Spray in Hello Kitty Island Adventure
Shadow Sprays can be hard to find as they only appear in city sewers. Specifically, you will find them in the large room in southeast corner from the Channels. This is the same room that has a large platform full of Squeakles.
There will be shadow sprays somewhere in the water in this room. Locations we've found them in include the northwest and southeast corners of the room, as well as under the southwest corner of the main platform.
They can be difficult to detect in certain locations, so you can always try casting your rod in different areas of the room to see if you can find the shadow sprays that way.
Once found, they can be caught like any other fish. Cast your line, wait for a shot and reel in like your life depended on it to catch your own shad spray.

How to complete the Taiyaki Trials Quest
Like any other fish in Hello Kitty Island Adventureplayers can add shadow sprays to aquariums in any household. This includes the rooms available in Rainbow Tower City Town. In addition, players can release sprays of shadows into a Good try to get more Fwish themed furniture.
Shadow Spray has one unique use as it is a key completion item “Taiyaki Trials” search. Players will need to grab Twilight Eye, Coral Scouter, and then Shadow Spray to give to Badtz-Maru. It is an important task that you must complete because you will get Taiyaki recipe at the end.
Players will need to open the Sewers through the “Up and Down” quest before they can unlock the “Taiyaki Trials”. They'll also have to go through a few other Sewer-based quests first.
