The final saga of One piece saw the rise of some of the greatest powers the world has ever known. To combat such threats, the Straw Pirates, like their many allies, must be at the top of their game. Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece have grown tremendously in power. These are their most powerful transformations.
Franky's Super Vega Cola
One of the most exciting abilities that Eiichiro Oda showed fans in the Final Saga came in the Elbaf arc for the character Franky. Thanks to Vegapunk's ODC, which harvested thermal energy from the environment, Franky's cola was vastly improved. Instead of drinking regular coke and getting energy, he got a super Vega Cola and this form of the drink increased his overall strength as well as other physical characteristics tremendously.
Franky was able to take down an MMA projection with one punch, and that's quite a feat. Right now, he should be comparable to the Yonko Commanders from the One Piece world, and while he's not the main fighter of the Straw Hat Pirates, he's certainly growing with every arc.
Bonney's Gear 5
Bonney jewelry featured prominently in the Egghead arc of One pieceand her character was well developed. Oda got a look at her life story, along with many others, and was also shown using her powers to their full potential. Bonney gained several power-ups in the arc, but the biggest of them all was Gear 5, which she managed to achieve after witnessing the descent of the Sun God Nik On Egghead.
Bonney had been searching for Nika all her life, but her faith in the entity was shaken. The way her powers work, she could never transform into Niko without seeing him. Immediately after seeing Luffy transform, she had the ability to unlock this power-up, and in the final battle against the Elder Five, Luffy pressured her to use this power, which she successfully did. by your power she is strong enough to fight even against five eldersand that shows how overwhelmingly overwhelming this transformation really is.

Chopper's Monster Point Power
Chopper has several powerful transformations up his sleeve through the use of Rumble Balls, but the most important of these is the Monster Point. He unlocked Monster Point even before he met Luffy, but was only controlled from the timeskip.
In Wano, he used Chopper Monster Point to fight the Queen and made it even better by reducing his total time limit to 30 minutes in this form with a special Rumble Ball. This was given a bigger boost in the Final Saga, where Chopper used it to reverse Imu's Domi Reversi in Elbaf. It appears that Chopper can now affect others around him with his Devil Fruit abilities, a sign of Awakening, though more on this unique power-up needs to be seen first.
Lucci's Devil Fruit Awakening
Rob Lucci is the leader of the current batch of CP0 and certainly a very powerful fighter. Like Luffy, he has continuously trained and honed his strength over the years. Rob Lucci has awakened his Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard, and is one of the most powerful government fighters right now.
Lucci faced off against Luffy in Egghead and was completely crushed, but he did more than well in the battle against Zoro and stood his ground. It goes without saying that Lucci will continue to grow as the Final Saga continues, and his Devil Fruit Awakening power-up will only get stronger.

Kaku's Devil Fruit Awakening
Like Lucci, Kaku was promoted to CP0 and also appeared in the Egghead Arc. Kaku also awakened his Devil Fruit despite only being two years old, which is quite a feat. It shows that he is truly a genius when it comes to fighting and that he will evolve over time.
Kaku certainly hasn't played his last role in the story yet, and will continue to grow in strength with more upgrades as the final saga continues.
Sanji's Lineage Factor-Enhanced Kicks
Sanji's growth is continuous with each passing arc. In the Wano arc, Sanji's Lineage Factor was finally awakened and this gave him access to an exoskeleton along with other physical enhancements. This power-up was huge on its own, but it seems to grow with each passing arc.
In the Egghead Arc of One Piece, Sanji's power increased to the point where he could completely break Kizar's laserwhich is unheard of. No character in One Piece history has been able to destroy an entire laser with their attacks, and Sanji is the first to do so. In fact, his laser destroying kick was so powerful that even Kizaru was completely confused as to how this was even possible. As the Elbaf arc continues, Sanji will continue to grow stronger.
Zoro's Cloak of the Conqueror
Roronoa Zoro is up there with the strongest straw hats and certainly one of the most important characters in the Final Saga of One Piece. Zoro has already gained quite a few upgrades in the story and seems to have finally mastered the Conqueror's Haki in the final saga. Zoro first used this power in Wano without even knowing what it was and used it on Egghead against Lucca as well.
In Elbaf, Gaban explained to Zoro how he can manifest the true power of his Haki, and he now seems to do so more often and with more control. As the story progresses, Zoro's control over his Conqueror Haki also improves.
Gunko's Imu Power Up
Gunko is one of the members of the Holy Knights who was introduced to fans in the Egghead Arc of One Piece. It goes without saying that Gunko is tremendously powerful in her own right, considering she was able to effortlessly take down Jinbe along with other Straw Hats like Nami, Usopp, Chopper, and even Brook.
While Gunko's ferocious strength was great, it became even stronger when Imu took over her body. This is an upgrade that any holy knight can get through their contracts with the world ruler. That being said, this is a truly significant feat they gain more abilities that actually belong to Imand that's what makes him One Piece's greatest power.
