The new ARC Raiders 1.12.0 update fixes the controversial exploit

Developer Embark Studios kept the ball rolling with its second installment ARC Raiders 2026 update as patch 1.12.0 is now available for download on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. ARC Raiders Update Stella Montis Exploit Fixes

Hopefully this will be the last time the studio needs to fix the issue, as it has been causing massive controversy among the gaming community for weeks.

According to the official patch notes, which can be found later in this article, the 1.12.0 update also fixes a number of other exploits. Embark also seems to have fixed an issue that allowed players to duplicate ammo and items, as well as fixed some cases where players could damage others from behind the geometry. While some were expecting the release of the new Toxic Swamp map state for ARC Raiders today, it looks like players will have to wait a little longer, as there's still no word from Embark on when the next content update will arrive.
