Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta Used the Furious Galick Gun
Debut Arc: Beerus the Destroyer Arc
While many believe that the most powerful attack in Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta's arsenal is the Final Flash, the most powerful attack the Saiyan Prince ever came up with in this form was the fully charged version of the Galick Gun that he performed against Beerus. Awakening a power that put him above even Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Vegeta said pouring every ounce of energy he had into the massive Galick Gun against Beerus, though even that did nothing for the God of Destruction.

Majin Vegeta used a final explosion
Debut Arc: Buu Saga
While not exactly a transformation, many fans consider Majin Vegeta to be a separate state. However, thanks to Buu's cellular regeneration, he was able to return, but if it was used on someone else, they would be dead forever.

Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta also used Maximum Final Flash

The version of Vegeta's iconic Final Flash that he used when he was in Super Saiyan 4 state was quite interesting. This is mainly because Vegeta introduced a new technique GT he called the Final Shine Attack, which had a distinctive green hue that he only used in his Super Saiyan form. However, in the fight against Omega Shenron, Vegeta used a special Final Flash that was the same green color and didn't require a long charge time like the previous version, although it didn't really do much damage to the villain.

Super Saiyan God Vegeta Had the God Heat Flash
Debut Arc: Broly Arc
When in his Super Saiyan God state, Vegeta's power is greatly increased and his moveset is also even more formidable. This time, however, a fiery red ball of Ki is formed and released in a beam, dealing immense damage that even vaporized a huge chunk of ice and nearly killed Broly.

Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta Has The God Final Flash
Debut Arc: Universe Survival Saga
While the Final Flash technique is a technique Vegeta has been using since the Cell Saga, its power has only grown over the years with each new power-up Vegeta unlocks. The increase in power he received from charging the Final Flash was so great that everyone even narrated that it made him much stronger than anyone else at this point, as it dealt significant damage to even Jiren himself.
