IN Resident Evil 4 remakea new collectible called Clockwork Castellan can unlock a powerful hidden weapon. These castellans are Ramon Salazar's little automatic toys scattered throughout the village, castle and island. There is one in each chapter Resident Evil 4 remakewhich is a total of sixteen. Players should rely on sound cues to find them. The sound of a ticking clock is heard whenever the castellan is nearby and gets louder as the player gets closer.

Here is the place all 16 clockwork castellans:

Chapter 1: Settlement by the Lake

The first Clockwork Castellan is on the roof of a cabin in Lakeside Settlement where the player finds Luis Sera.

Chapter 2: The Abandoned Factory

The second Clockwork Castellan is in a cabin north of the Abandoned Factory where the player encounters Resident Evil 4 remake's Merchant for the first time.

Chapter 3: Quarry

To find the third Clockwork Castellan, the player should jump down the ladder inside the merchant's cabin in the Quarry and follow the ticking sound. (The toy is behind the box in the right corner.)

Chapter 4: Lakeside Settlement (Forest Altar)

After the beating Resident Evil 4 remake's lake monster, the player will have to take a boat back to the Lakeside Settlement where they can find the fourth Clockwork Castellan. It's behind the fences in the Forest Altar near the body of the sacrificed girl.

Chapter 5: The Square (Chief's Manor)

IN Resident Evil 4 remakeChapter 5 When Leon and Ashley return to the village, the player must head south from the Village Square to the Chief's Manor. This is the house where Chief Mendez almost killed Leon. Inside the house, they should pull the lever behind the painting on the second floor to release a secret attic ladder. The fifth watchmaker's castellan is in the attic.

Chapter 6: North of the Villa (Checkpoint)

There is a bridge Resident Evil 4 remakeChapter 6 which leads to an area called the Checkpoint where the chainsaw sisters attack Leon. The sixth clock castellan sits in front of the fire to the right of this bridge.

Chapter 7: Dungeons

After killing the Garradoro in the dungeon, the player must climb the ladder behind the locked gate to find the seventh Clockwork Castellan on top of the shelf.

Chapter 8: Castle Battlements

On the castle tower when RE4 remakeArmored El Gigante throws rocks at Leon, the player should head to the next building on the left. The eighth clockwork castellan is on the right wing in front of the boxes.

Chapter 9: Courtyard Maze

The ninth Clockwork Castellan is in the upper left dead end of the Courtyard Maze. After climbing the stairs, the player should jump over the first entrance on the left and take the second one. Then take a left at each corner until they find the castellan behind an abandoned table.

Chapter 10: The Depths

In the tunnel that connects the Depths to the merchant's site, the player finds the tenth Clockwork Castellan. The toy is inside a sealed cavity in front of the merchant's cabin (hanging from the ceiling).

Chapter 11: Stopover

The stopover is where the minecart – a minecart – carrying Leon and Luis stops for the first time. There is a broken structure in this area, on top of which the player can find the eleventh Clockwork Castellan.

Chapter 12: Ballroom leading to the clock tower

In Chapter 12, the player should take the cable car north of the Ballroom to reach the Clock Tower, a building with a massive statue in the middle. Here he destroys the twelfth Clockwork Castellano in the lower left corner.

Chapter 13: The Dock

North of the Wharf is an open area with some containers and cars. The thirteenth Clockwork Castellan is between the green forklift and the brown truck.

Chapter 14: Amber Storeroom

On the other side of the gate next to the giant Amber in Chapter 14 is the fourteenth watch castellan in the rest room (on top of the cabinets) in the campsite.

Chapter 15: Sample Storage

The sample storage area in Chapter 15 is an area filled with hanging body bags. The 15th clock castellan is in this facility's storage. The player must shine a flashlight on the ceiling to find it.

Chapter 16: Underground Passage

Before riding the jet ski in the final chapter, the player can destroy the sixteenth Clockwork Castellano in the underground passage. Just like the one in Chapter 13, behind the green forklift is the final figure of Ramon Salazar.

Players can track which Clockwork Castellans they have unlocked by opening them pausing and selecting the “Results” option. From there, they can navigate through each chapter using the left and right toggles. Destroying all 16 Clockwork Castellans rewards the player Resident Evil 4 remake's Primal Knife. This battle blade can later be upgraded to an unbreakable weapon. Completing the challenge will also unlock the Revolution Wind-Up trophy or achievement.
