The Docks section is missing a collectible LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark KnightMission New Beginnings? This level has five surfboards and one red brick to find, and most of them are easy to miss if you go too fast after the main objective.

Make sure you collect everything before using the battering ram and talking to Flass as this interaction triggers the ending of this LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight mission.
All five places to surf in new beginnings
Surfboard #1
- Current target: Chase Detective Flass
Follow the main path until you play as Jim Gordon and glue the wheels to prevent the yellow container from smashing you. When you pass under this container, look to the left to find Surfboard #1 near the cart you need to move.
Surfing #2
- Current target: Chase Detective Flass
Continue along the main path to reach a short cutscene where Flass spins a hanging green container. Once you regain control, look to your right to find a surfboard propped up in the corner.
Surfing #3
- Current target: Chase Detective Flass
Continue along the main path and use Gordon to stop the fast moving green containers. Enemies with weapons can be found just behind these crates, and Surfboard #3 is right in front of you, at the bottom of the ladder.
Surfing #4
- Current target: Chase Detective Flass
After defeating the enemies with weapons, go through the small warehouse and turn left at the ice cream truck. Follow the golden Stud path to find a surfboard by the wall near the water.
Surfing #5
- Current target: Build something to reach Flass
When you start building the battering ram, look in the corner to the right of the machine to find the final surfboard. Make sure you break it and deal with all the other collectibles before you talk to Flass, because once you start talking to him, you won't be able to go back.
New Beginnings Red Brick Location
Marine red bricks
- Current target: Build something to reach Flass
When you get to the section where you have to build the ram, use your grapple to get to the top of the building with the yellow and black markers to the left of the machine. Swing across the roof to find the Nautical Red Brick collectible.
What does marine red brick do?
You can use Navy Red Brick on your clothes and vehicles to give them dark blues, aquamarines, and yellows.
Collectable rewards for new beginnings
If you break all five surfboards, you'll earn a Surfboard Trophy, which you can eventually use to customize your Batcave lair.
Can you replay the Docks New Beginnings section for lost collectibles?
Yes, New Beginnings can be replayed later, so none of its collectibles can be permanently missed. However, if you move too fast, you can miss most of the surfboards and red bricks on your first run.
