One of the most underrated spin-offs of the original Pokemon Adventureillustrated by the talented Miho Asada (Battle Story Megaman, Yokai Watch) and written by Jun Kejima. This story is about three young people chosen by a mysterious character named Mr. Crow to solve Pokémon mysteries and experience dozens of adventures.
Katsuya, a battle trainer obsessed with becoming stronger, Toki, an expert explorer and survivalist, and Soto, a Pokemon whose goal is to discover and catch every Pokemon. The story is great and the trio of characters complement each other quite well. This series is a fantastic run that highlights the lore of this fantasy world, especially the legendary Pokemon.
6 Pokemon Adventure Sword and Shield
A great spin-off with modern artwork

This story focuses on the Galar region and is one of the best of the best. Not only does it focus on explaining the Dynamax phenomenon (more than the games have ever been interested in), it has three new protagonists to follow: Marvin, Henry, and Casey. Marvin has just moved to Galar when he meets Henry, a Pokemon Artifact Technician (or Meister), and Casey, a computer geek looking for the disappearance of his Pokemon team due to the Dynamax incident.
Needless to say, the story also includes many important characters from the Galar region, such as his champion Lionel and Professor Magnolia, as well as every gym leader from the Galar region. Filled to the brim with adventure and one of the best runs ever Pokemon a world narrative that exists up to the present.
5 Pokemon Sun and Moon Adventures
Colorful, full of drama and great plots

A courier in desperate need of money and an apothecary adept at making medicine fighting with Poison-type Pokémon: these two are Sun and Moon, the protagonists of the Alola Arc of Pokemon Adventure. Needless to say, it's a pretty weird story that includes the Legendary Tapus rampage, the Ultra Beast invasion, and the conspiracy behind Suna's reason for embarking on Pokemon way.
Yamamoto's art reached peak perfection during this run, with gorgeous storyboard designs, colorful characters, and incredible battle scenes, though some fans don't find the Alola region all that appealing. Worth reading for those interested in learning more about the origins of the Ultra Beasts.
4 The best of Pokémon Adventures: Yellow
One of the best editions of the original adventure series

A mysterious boy named Yellow gets to Pallet town to meet Professor Oak, catch his favorite Pokémon (Pikachu) and track down the best trainer ever: Red. Although this particular anthology selects some of the best chapters from Pokemon Adventure Yellow Arc, that's not the whole story. But to compensate, it has a selection of the most fantastic stories and epic battles.

This release Pokemon Adventure the manga compiles the first three volumes of the first Arc (Red, Green, Blue) and has a selection of the best chapters. Also edited by VIZ Media, with special emphasis on translation fidelity. It was qualified as one of the best releases Pokemon Adventure series. It has beautiful interior art and a special front and back cover design.
The story follows the beginning of Red's journey to become the Pokémon Master of the Kanto Region and covers most of the adventure, including his encounter with Articun, the Pokémon League battles, and the crowning of the New Champion.

English edition Pokemon Adventure a new trainer (Gold) is playing and the beginning of a new journey through the Johto region. For those readers who have started theirs Pokemon journey during gen 2, it will be a tearjerking experience, with many great event references Pokemon baby, Silverand Crystal.
It has some differences with Pokemon games, of course, but most of the events that take place in this story are related to Gamefreak's RPG, but with some differences. In this case, Professor Elm assigns Gold to retrieve the stolen Totodile. And we discover a lot more about Silver and his background. Yamamoto's artwork in this series is colorful, detailed, and more attuned to the modern era, though it retains the classic style of the original run.
