One Valheim player recently shared an incredible medieval village they created in the game's Plains biome. Valheim remains one of the most popular survival games on the market, with many players drawn to its detailed and complex base building systems.
Released in early access in 2021, Valheim managed to sell over 12 million units on Steam and is currently available on Xbox Game Pass until the end of September. The Norse-inspired survival game looks simple from the outside, but Valheim features an elaborate base building system that gives players plenty of options to play around with while exploring.
AND Valheim a player named Valheimvillage shared some images on Reddit of an awesome medieval-inspired village they created in the Plains biome. The small village lies above the water and is connected to the mainland by a rather sturdy bridge. The area has several mills and a few small houses made of stone and dark wood. In some of the images, it is possible to see the interior of the buildings, which are well organized and include beds, craft areas and other living spaces. Overall, the post was quite popular, reaching over 500 upvotes and inspiring users to praise Valheimvillage's work and the details of their creation.
An amazing village of Valheim Player inspired by the Middle Ages
This is just the latest of several amazing bases they share Valheim players with the community. Last month, for example, one player shared an impressive island base he had built Valheim. The site featured several buildings, a beautifully detailed garden, and several docks, along with massive bedrooms, trophy rooms, and more.
Around the same time, a similarly creative player recreated Amon Sul lord of the rings in Valheim. During construction, the player was heavily inspired by how the ruins of Amon Sul are depicted in Peter Jackon's iteration. The Fellowship of the Ringuse creative mode and some rocks to recreate the famous hill.
Valheim players probably will keep building awesome bases especially with new biomes coming in the upcoming updates. Valheim is set to add the Swamp biome in the future, and while not much is known about the next update, many expect it to be released sometime this fall. A new biome can bring new challenges, resources and even more interesting vistas to help inspire players to create an amazing mansion for their characters to call home.
